Pros:

Nice beds, comfy, but blanket is longer than duvet and is very old.

Cons:

Old amenities and cleanliness was below expectations, very average. Bathrooms need fo be renovated and thoroughly cleaned.
The light in the hallways fell off the ceiling, hanging by a thread, literally. The fire exit sign hanging by one line.
Elevators were extremely slow and lagging while also on the verge of malfunctioning. T.V has no wifi and english channels are extremely limited. Bathrooms are very tight and restricting, floor of shower is a fungus garden.
Hotel needs update/ renovation. Downstairs restaurant in lobby is empty, fill it or take the restaurant display and counter and put something functional.

Lovely Makkah stay on a budget
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast is lovely, with a variety of options.

Cons:

Bathrooms really need to be upgraded. Shower tiles were loose and there were leakages by the shower glass and basin.

مشكورين موظفين الاستقبال فهم في قمة الاحترافيه في فن التعامل مع الضيوف والمساعده لتلبية رغباتهم

Cons:

احد العمال في مطعم الإفطار تدخل فيما لا يعنيه بسؤالي عن رقم غرفتي وذهب الي الموظفه المسؤله عن المطعم واستفسر منها عني هل اني دافع ثمن الوجبه ام لا مع العلم اننا قابلنا الموظفه لحظة الدخول للمطعم وسمحت لنا بالدخول بعد التأكد من الدفع.
تكلمت مع الموظفة في المطعم واعتذرت بأدب جم عن ما بدر من عامل المطعم واندهشت من تصرفه.
