Pros:

La maison est très belle et très propre. Ça ne fait pas longtemps qu’ils ont ouvert. La propriétaire est très gentille et veut vraiment bien faire, mais elle ne parle pas vraiment anglais. Nous avons réussi à communiquer avec google translate. La chambre est confortable et la salle de bain très propre.

Notre autobus est arrivé en retard et elle nous a préparé à dîner.

Cons:

Nous sommes un peu plus loin du coin touristique, mais seulement à 2,5-3 kilomètres et donc 30-40 000 Dong en taxi.

Exceptional - highly recommend!
Pros:

Family were super friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and modern with a great view. Bottled water was available for free on request.

Friendly hosts, quiet and clean room, will highly recommend.
Pros:

The room was very clean and big, everything worked well. It is quiet at night, and the host family are friendly and helpful, recommending good food places, and helping to book a ride to da nang at local prices.

Cons:

The google map location is correct, but it is different in the grab app. I got lost when I hired a grab to get there the first time, and used the nearby trung ca phe as a drop location for the rest of the stay. Air conditioning can be a little colder.
