Pros:

The staff and management are amazing. They really want you to have a great stay, from checking in early, serving breakfast, booking and supporting travel tours and packages in the island and other islands, to cleaning the rooms. It isn't a brand new hotel expect a little wear, but its clean and very welcoming

Hotel op centrale locatie in Ambon met zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding!
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een centrale locatie midden in Ambon stad. Veel is op loopafstand. Gratis airport shuttle was top!
Hotel biedt excursies aan, aanrader; dagje Fort Amsterdam en Lubang Buaya beach.
Restaurant aanraders; Rasa Dolo (lunch) en Dapor Kole Kole (diner).s’avonds laat Sky Bar met live muziek bij hotel aan de overkant.
Ruime kamer, koelkast, prima bed en airco werkte echt goed.

Cons:

Warm water in douche duurde echt lang voordat heet werd. Het werd uiteindelijk goed warm maar daarvoor moest je kraan minuten laten lopen.

Het ontbijt was elke dag koud. Er staan warmhouders onder de schalen maar stonden niet aan. De keuze is niet groot maar zorg dan dat het wel warm is.

Zimmergrösse ist gut sowie die Betten und Möbel, security Personal sehr hilfsbereit

Das Personal vom Frühstück ist nicht freundlich und faul, füllt ab 8 Uhr !!! Nichts mehr auf, Frühstück sowieso verbesserungswürdig und Marmeladenglässer usw schmutzig, Richtig gut geputzt werden die Zimmer nicht, Staub, Fliegen, muffig Geruch im Bad und auch manchmal im Zimmer, Klimaanlage sehr laut, insgesamt würden wir hier nicht wieder buchen. Es gibt bessere Hotels in Ambon, dass Management hat keine Kontrolle so scheint es oder kein Interesse alles etwas besser zu machen...schade...leider keine Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel oder kleiner Garten oder Terrasse.

Prima hotel op goede locatie in Ambon stad.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie midden in de stad. Restaurants en cafe,s op loopafstand. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. De afstand naar de airport is ongeveer 30 tot 35 minuten rijden. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het buffet ontbijt is prima, maar geen toast of brood. Dus als je s,ochtends geen bami of nasi goreng lust is het wat behelpen. Maar er is wel vers fruit dus dat is ook oke.
