Pros:

Best mini vacation , plenty of things to do , very clean , came with everything you need in a kitchen. Very nice employees quick responses if needed.

The property is very well maintained. This was my 3rd time staying there. The owners are wonderful and the location is perfect.

overall it was an ok stay, but the bugs (cockroaches and centipedes) really grossed me out and the rooms were very tiny

Great resort to stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Owners was so nice and friendly. Accommodation was great, ever thing you could need they supplied. Would diffently use them again.

Our stay at Lake Shafer Resort included relaxing afternoons by the lake and the pool!
Pros:

Great location, comfortable beds, nice pool, clean room and nice kitchenette for breakfast foods and drinks.

We love this resort!! Friendly and helpful owners!

Clean, close to park, lots to do

Cons:

The cats are a little annoying. We are animal lovers, but trying to keep them out of our rentals was kind of a pain. They are outside cats, so they aren’t clean.

Excellent can not say enough about both the owner and the room itself.
Pros:

This is the only property I will ever stay at again on my yearly pilgrimage to Indiana Beach. Super close to IB gate (100yrds), new, clean pool where they supply towels. The owner herself is the nicest lady you ever want to meet who owns a huge Newfie who politely says hi to the guests.
The rooms themselves have all been updated. The mattresses leave you thinking you were home.
Our view from #10 unit was outstanding. It included the decks, dock and lake.

Cons:

Honestly having trouble thinking of anything. Maybe add an ice tray???
