Pros:

Very clean n superb but for kid so dgerous bcoz the window very not safety bcoz so easy to open n not have a grill ...
Please consider this issue n plz take action n improvement..this as about safety..tq

Nos dejaron tirados
Cons:

Elegimos este hotel porque tiene recepción 24 horas y está cerca de la estación de autobuses. Avisamos de que íbamos a llegar tarde y nos dijeron que sin problema. Nuestra sorpresa fue llegar a la 1 de la mañana y que la recepcionista nos dijera que les habían dado nuestras habitaciones a otras personas porque “pensaban que no íbamos a llegar”. Sin comprobar la información que nosotros ya le habíamos dado sobre nuestro check in confirmado, sin llamarnos para comprobar nada, sin ofrecer una solución a las tantas de la noche con todo cerrado. Una falta de profesionalidad que no he experimentado nunca antes en la vida.
