Sencillamente Excepcional
Pros:

Habitación magnífica. Onsen de 10. Alrededores preciosos.

Cons:

Por la noche puede haber insectos en la zona de recepción, pero es inevitable encontrándote tan cerca de la naturaleza. Por otro lado, el asistente de inteligencia artificial de la habitación no funcionaba demasiado bien.

ニセコステイは楽しい　朝食はお得につけられれば有り
Pros:

ロケーションはとても良いです。宿泊した日はお盆の週で花火が上がってお部屋の正面に丁度見られてラッキーでした。あえてリクエストしていなかった気がしますが、13才の息子用のエクストラベッドもセット済みで大変助かりました。

Cons:

朝食付きのお得プラン（オプションで頼んだら4900円/人の朝食）で宿泊したのですが、ビュッフェスタイルの混雑する時間を避けての遅めの朝食でした。案内された席は4人座れる席でしたが、テーブルが明らかに汚れているので綺麗にしてもらうように頼むと、2名分で使う部分を丸く拭いてくれました。オーダーしたオムレツが届いた時はお皿をお皿で押して置いてくれました。その他、自動おしぼり器は溶液の不足で止まっている。自動ご飯つぎ器のご飯は少しこぼれる。フレッシュジュースはなくて、ソフトドリンクコーナーのディスペンサーのMinutes Maidだけど、これもコップから少しこぼれる。町の食堂なら許せるかもですが、4900円はないなぁとがっかりでした。お料理そのものは種類は少なめですが美味しかったので残念です。

1ヶ月前にも来て良かったので再度宿泊先に選びましたが今回はストレスでした
Pros:

花園エリアでの花火は時間は短いが演出も良く素敵でした。

Cons:

チェックインが15時からでその前に到着し、先に支払いを済ませると並ばなくてもルームキーを頂けるとフロントスタッフに言われたので済ませてロビーで待ってましたが呼びに来るわけでも無く、海外スタッフだからか要領が悪く結果的に並びルームキーを頂きました。グレード高いホテルでこれはどうなんでしょうか？

最高でした。
Pros:

お盆に宿泊しました。
新しく綺麗です。昼はアクティビティ。夜にはライトアップや打ち上げ花火．バーで一杯、大浴場と、朝ごはんもおいしかったです。
１日中楽しく過ごせました。
スタッフの方も感じよく気持ちよく過ごせました。

全体的に素敵でした
Pros:

ロケーションがよく、花火も駐車場でさせてもらえて、ゆっくりできた。イルミネーションもとてもよくまた来たい。

Cons:

夜ご飯時にアルコールを頼みその場で伝票をバーカウンターへ持っていき支払ったが、連携がうまく行ってなかったのか、それを翌朝のチェックアウト時に再度請求された。

Beautiful hotel, with great view
Pros:

Hotel is great, clean and comfortable. The breakfast has great qualitative options. There are a lot of services as the laundry. The view is incredible.

Cons:

The "sofa bed" is not a sofa bed. Its a bench, next to the window, and the mattress are just bench cushions, very thin, not large and not comfortable.

コインランドリーがあるのも良かったです

Cons:

共用部分の声がうるさいです。
