Good value for money and good service
Pros:

Very new. Very clean.

Cons:

There is no laundry service. Had to line up to use the washing machine.

Awesome comfy stay for a last minute booking. But for a 4 star hotel, could be better.
Pros:

Interior of the room was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to sleep in. Almost a perfect design. Could have designated place for shoes and boots especially if wet. Love the washer & dryer in one!

Cons:

Onsen cleanliness & maintenance can be improved -There were no soft facial tissues supplied in the onsen. Only the hard paper towels. Not sure if its a must, but the onsen water was not flowing, hence alot of debris like hair and oil can be seen on the surface. Makes it yucky to enter. Also, hotel manager's presence was absent. Most of the staff seems to be new. Ski lockers were fully occupied. Ski valet is always missing. Did not find much help there. Good selection for breakfast but could use some less salty or less sweet options. Milk was not cold because only the bottom half of jar is in ice. I don't like room temperature milk with my cereal sorry. And lifts were very slow in operation.

Exceptional place to stay in the snow !
Pros:

Excellent facilities and staff.
The club lounge staff were very attentive and helpful and it provided a relaxed & welcoming atmosphere.
The onsen was brilliant.

Evertthing about this hotel is perfect!
Pros:

Nikko Style Hamazono is by far the best hotel in the Niseko | Hanazono area. The hotel facilities are exceptional, the views of the moutain from almost every angle take your breath away, the food was excellent and the Onsen was sooo relaxing. But morevthan any of that the staff are the BEST in the business. They had staff of almost every nationality speaking in local language of every guest. They are caring, thoughtful, warm and discreet and everyone seemed genuinely committed to ensuring we loved Hanazono and wanted to come back.

Cons:

Nothing - it is my new facvourite in Niseko.

Awesome ski hotel, great apres ski vibe, but limited food options.
Pros:

We liked the club lounge a lot.

Cons:

The food options are very limited and the quality is not as expected. We were looking forward to quality dining options because of the location and the price point. The hotel shop does have some good food and drinks options but also quite limited. We had to take the hotel shuttle to Hirafu to get proper meals and visit a convenience store.
