Hotel room and facilities were in excellent condition and very well-kept. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant which made the stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful scenery all round and overall excellent value. Will definitely return.

Absolutely everything about the place. Spacious room (for Japanese standard), awesome breakfast, proximity to lift and ski house, shuttle bus services, and Onsen!
Staff at the dry room do not keep track of room number tag for the equipment. We had to go through all items to find ours.
The location of the Hotel is very much close to our friend's house , that is very convenient for us to visit my friend as this is this trips' main point !

Matériel très correct à la location de skis.
La chambre manquait d'espace de rangement pour les vêtements (surtout de ski).
L'hôtel est en extrémité de station, ce qui le rend isolé des lieux d'activité et de restauration hors ski. Les navettes ne sont pas assez fréquentes le soir vers ces lieux ou pour en revenir: retour quasi obligatoire par taxi, de ce fait.
