Pros:

One of the staff members called Purity makes all the difference on staying at that hotel. She is really professional.

Cons:

The facility should understand that not all travelers can bring cash with them. They should trust their guests and offer them services like breakfast and room services since they are opened to payment at the facility

We where 2 but ther was only 1 towel and 1 pair of slippers.It took more than a day to get another 1
The tv didnt wirk
The water in the shower was fatty,salty..whatever..we had to wash ourselves with aater from the bottels after showering to get it of our bodies.The boy that was caring of the rooms was realy nice and hood
The others were nice but not listening at all.
The breakfast took a long time always
So did the coffee and tea
The dinner was not nice so the other days we ate outside...
The music in the gym was so loud that it was disturbjng my breakfast .And it stopped me from usung the pool and relaxing the

Very basic budget accommodation.
Pros:

For what you pay, the facility wasn't too bad. The pool facility was clean and the location was good considering the activities I wanted to do.

Cons:

The staff (when I eventually found someone to help me) didn't even have a record of my booking. The rooms are very run down with paint chipping and floorboards loose in the room and patio. The furniture was very old and run down, the window latches were broken, and the door locks were barely functional. There was no hot water during my stay, so a shower was heating water in the kettle and a water bottle to mix water and pour over myself. The staff were notified but didn't do anything to remedy the situation. The room was very basic and while clean, it didn't feel like it the mosquito net had ever been cleaned (it was off white from the dust). There was a kettle and one cup (no spoon). The sheets on the bed were just old, ripped up duvet covers.

Vanha, huonokuntoinen huone. Kaikki rempallaan. Sieltä juuri lähteneen saksalaisturistin huoneesta tavarat oli ryöstetty edellisenä päivänä. Laiska henkilökunta. Huoneessa ei ollut moskiittoverkkoa. Aamiainen oli surkea.

This hotel is NOT SAFE.
Pros:

The pool only.

Cons:

The rooms in this hotel are NOT SAFE. Please be careful. I spent 3 days in this hotel. All my camera equipment got stolen out of my room. No other guests had been in this hotel at that time. It took me a whole day at the Hardy Police Station to file a report. The Police tried very hard to investigate this criminal case. They went to see the site of the crime and to interrogate hotel staff, especially the 2 house keepers. No director and nobody of the managment showed up to assit the police investigation. The police had the impression that nobody in the hotel was interested in their investigation of the theft. It was found out that the surveillance cameras did not work since long. Do not trust them.
