Pros:

Nice pool, with extended hours of playing until 10pm. Room comfortable, with wide space. Can fit up to 10 persons, just need to add on mattress. The room had sea view, can watch sunrise direct from the room.

Cons:

The stairs smell of urine. Some parts of the resort compound is unkempt, looks like abandoned cleaning long time ago, and under construction as well, so there might be changes the next time.

The place in pictures was akin to Tj Jara, but in reality the place is horribly maintained. However, in reality, it is unfortunately poorly maintained — which is a shame, given its strong potential.

Cons:

Not well maintained. Power sockets were in poor condition, and the water pressure in the showers was weak. The surrounding areas were unclean, and some rooms appeared overcrowded, with up to 20 occupants, suggesting a lack of proper management. There was also an unused swimming pool on site, which posed a potential safety concern if not clearly secured or monitored.

-the location is perfect! nice view (but my room view blocked by one big coconut tree).
-the building looked nice from outside with clean white

Cons:

This4-star accommodation is unacceptable, featuring filthy, spider-webbed, and dusty surfaces—including a contaminated bedside chair causing discomfort & itchy—alongside a dirty bathroom mirror and an unusable mini-fridge.
