The reception staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very disappointing. The housekeeper from Tashkent was rude and barely cleaned the room.

The room itself was very small, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day, with very limited variety—mostly cheese, bread, and pastries. The reception team was excellent, but the housekeeping, room size, and breakfast definitely need improvement.

Cons:

Some of the rooms had cracked mirror and towel rail holder and toilet roll holders broken and no bathroom hooks to hang towels. Breakfast a bit of a problem, always ran out of hot chocolate and some coffee and refused to replenish.

Номера чистые, уютные. Расположение очень удобное, все в шаговой доступности. Персонал внимательный, быстро реагировали на все просьбы.

Cons:

Номера маленькие по размеру, но нам достался номер в новом корпусе, он достаточно просторный и современный.
Завтраки скудные, омлеты не готовят, обычно на завтрак вареные яйца или скрембл. И лучше приходить на завтрак пораньше, пока все не закончилось

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
Pros:

loved everything about this hotel. The welcome was warm, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to help. They were very accommodating and attentive to all our requests before and throughout our stay.
The hotel is very clean and is located in a lively, strategic area, just a short walk from the tram, restaurants, and shops. The room was spotless and immaculate in every way.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again
