Cons:

Room where breakfast was served was ridiculously small and run down. Old chairs and tables and walls in need of a good paint. Don’t understand why they would use this space and not have it suitable for use.

We had an amazing six-night stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and hospitable. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay.

We stayed at their sister hotel, Shrisha Hotel, which had just opened, and when we asked for a bigger room, the staff were more than happy to accommodate us and move us to a larger room at no extra cost. We really appreciated their kindness, flexibility and willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, the amenities were great, and we loved that fresh water was provided every day. The location in Sultanahmet was also perfect, with tram stops and major attractions nearby, making it so easy to explore Istanbul.

What really made our experience special was the outstanding hospitality and genuine care from the staff. They made us feel welcome and looked after from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our six nights so wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our visit.

We hadden bij dit hotel een reservering, maar werden hartelijk welkom geheten door Shirisha hotel. Het personeel, onder andere Murat, Samet, Mesut en Sami, waren zeer behulpzaam. Het personeel dacht goed mee, en waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! We kregen dagelijks heerlijke Turkse koffie en thee. Daarnaast hadden we een fijne kamer waar we goed terecht konden na een drukke dag in Istanbul ☺️
