Central location with parking. Lovely housekeeper who rectified all the faults she was able to sort out for us.
Remote check-in, no front of house, room small and very warm, thick and heavy duvet, no way to turn towel rail off or down. Admittedly we stayed during the heatwave but it was forecast. No signage from room to Galley Room.

Very central, lovely dinning room, nice lounge for meeting friends, lovely friendly staff.
Very comfortable, quiet, and perfect location in the centre of Topsham. The beds in particular are extremely comfortable.
It is also very thoughtful to have a separate breakfast room available for guests to use.
There is nothing to dislike. One small problem (which could easily be resolved) is that the shower head in the bathroom was slipping and needed to be tightened up.

Fabulous hotel with great staff, service and exceptional food
The whole experience was wonderful - the people were great, friendly, efficient and helpful, the food was fabulous, and everything was designed for comfort and enjoyment.
The very narrow street to get to the car park! Part and parcel of a quaint and historic town though, so not their fault!
