I do not recommend this place at all. On the first night, I was not provided with the access codes to enter the apartment, so I was unable to stay there and had to book another hotel for the night. When I called the company that manages this apartment, they informed me that I would not receive the access codes until the second day. Because of this, I tried to cancel the reservation, but my request was denied, and I never received a refund. Essentially, I was charged for the first night without being able to use the apartment.

The apartment itself is unattractive and looks like the kind of place rented out for short-term sexual encounters.

The cleanliness was very poor, and I have found much better places at a lower price. If you want to avoid a bad experience, do not book this property. I hope no one else has to go through what I experienced with this apartment.

We were waiting for hours and in the end we were offered to be relocated to a flat of a much lower quality and worse location for only 2 people (we were 4) for one night, until they could give us the keys for the original flat on te next day. In the end, we were relocated by booking at around midnight. The AMAZINN support team was excellent, but unfortunately, they couldn't solve the issue this time. Sometimes it happens. It is a shame, this looked like a stay with so much potential and in the end we lost our first day dealing with the accommodation.

La ubicación es lo mas valorable del alojamiento.

Cons:

no me gusto que había que subir escalones para acceder al ascensor. La hora del ingreso era a las 15hs y llegamos a las 16hs y estaban terminado de limpiar el departamento. había que pasar por un bar para ingresar al alojamiento. las puertas de planta baja no cerraban bien (poco seguro). Si bien el tiempo de respuesta era bastante rápido por parte de los anfitriones, el trato era bastante malo.

Poor maintenance and terrible smell
Pros:

The location was very convenient, close to central points and transportation. The beds were also comfortable.

Cons:

As soon as we entered the building, we noticed that the staircase leading to the elevator was very narrow and dark, making it quite difficult to carry our luggage. The smell in the entrance was terrible throughout all 5 days of our stay, as it smelled strongly like sewage. Unfortunately, the same smell was present inside the apartment as well, forcing us to keep the windows open every day, even though it was cold outside.
The soundproofing in the apartment was very poor, and the equipment/furnishings were mediocre overall. On the first day, we had to request bedsheets and blankets for the third guest because nothing had been prepared for them. They arrived about an hour later.
The most serious issue, however, was the lack of hot water from the third day onward. We contacted the management again and were informed that a technician would arrive on Thursday at 8:00 AM. Because of this, we delayed our planned trip to Toledo for several hours unnecessarily, since nobody actually came. The issue was finally fixed on Thursday evening, meaning we spent two full days without hot water.
Honestly, I should have paid more attention to the previous reviews before booking this property.

Cons:

Para acceder al ascensor hay una escalera. Íbamos con un carrito de bebé y nos resultaba muy complicado entrar. Sin ayuda, era imposible. Esta limitación no había sido comunicada antes de reservar el alojamiento, lo cual no nos parece correcto.

La ubicación es excelente. Departamento cómodo y muy lindo.

Cons:

En mi caso no fue prolijo el check in fue. Estuve 2hs fuera del alojamiento con un bebé pero se solucionó.
