That room was exactly what I needed. Private everything and helpful host.
Pros:

Private entrance. Private bathroom. Private queen-sized Sealy adjustable bed. Lil kitchenette to heat up my breakfast. They let me park in the driveway, instead of the Visitors. Stocked soaps, blankets, and tea.

Cons:

Though the bed was warm, that room was COLD. I would recommend bringing flannel pajamas or a space-heater if you're staying in the cooler months.

Great for a two night stay near Bowmanville
Pros:

Private entrance was nice. Good parking. Quiet surroundings.

Cons:

Fridge wasn’t very cold. The first night, the room heat was cold as there’s no additional heating source in accommodation. (It’s a shared furnace with landlord). Second night was better as furnace was running. Only one very thin small towel for a shower. One of 3 lightbulbs (the middle one) over vanity was flashing so we undid the one light bulb.
