Very near Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Area but one of the worst places you could stay in Minami Uonuma.
Pros:

The location is a two-minute walk from Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Area. There is a yakiniku restaurant less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel but it's overrun by Chinese customers and you should expect a 2 hour wait to get in.

Cons:

There was never a staff member at the front desk, to be honest I don't even know who was the staff except for the Chinese lady who gave us our key on the day we checked in.

The building is extremely run down and not worth the price we paid for our room. Also it was a real disappointment for the price we paid no breakfast was provided. Bedding and couches were in rough shape and the bathtub was stained brown.

I stayed here about 7 years ago when it was owned and run by a really nice Japanese family. In the last year it has been taken over by a Chinese company and they have turned it into more of a backpackers with rooms. We were the only non-Chinese guest in the entire hotel and were given the cold shoulder during our stay. I never imagined things would change so much after the ownership changed. We will never stay here again.

僅離雪場這個優點,其他優點真的想不出來,下次應不會考慮再次入住

Best location, kind person, but uncomfortable environment and facilities.
Pros:

The location is awesome. The staffs are very kind and helpful. (Just in a lot of times it's hard to find them...

Cons:

1. Hard to find the staffs in the hotel, daytime is so hard, nighttime even impossible.
2. Facilities were not comfortable. The heater didn't work at the first night and we couldn't find anyone to help but just had to sleep in a very cold (-7℃）room that night. The following nights they provided a replace one but with loud noise and unpleasant odor.
3. The quilt provided was too short and couldn't even cover my feet...

整體來說值得推薦
Pros:

員工和入住的客人幾乎都是台灣人，滑完雪回去有滿滿的歸屬感，而且一出門就有一條纜車可以上去開始滑

簡單的住宿環境，距離雪場很近很便利。
Pros:

地點距離雪場走路兩分鐘即到。
很環保不提供牙膏牙刷

Cons:

當晚住宿310房間的煤氣爐使用時要開窗通風，否則不小心的話會一氧化碳中毒。
當晚零下3度的氣溫與室友兩人就開著兩扇窗約5公分讓空氣對流。煤氣味超重。

建議飯店方針對此一問題體驗並進行改善。

雖然發生了很多事情，但是飯店方是很有誠意解決問題的人。所以下次還是會選擇入住

距離雪場走路兩分鐘即到的地點。可以代為收（寄）入住飯店後要用的雪具裝備。

飯店方對處理事情的態度是積極的。

Cons:

若是以自助式來說，此住宿點很貼切。但如果需要找櫃檯人員洽談事情的話，很多時間櫃檯是沒有人的。
若在櫃檯能留下可以聯繫的櫃檯相關人員的聯繫方式就太好了。
入住當晚由於要聯繫飯店方取隔天一早需要用的提前寄達的雪具裝備，但是怎麼都找不到人⋯後來輾轉⋯被告知「宅配未送達」，最後，終於在一大早得知由某位同事代收保管。。。
終於趕上在上課前取得裝備的驚險。

雖然說是屋齡像極了住爺爺家的感覺，但是對付了價格不菲的房費的房客來說，無法以「住爺爺家」來總結簡單、床要自己鋪、牙刷膏要自己帶自助或者找不到飯店聯系相關人員一說帶過。

案外：當晚入住時有位幸運房客剛剛好帶著濕淋淋的頭髮從浴室到大廳一樣的找不到櫃檯人員。恰恰好她遇上了洗澡洗到一半沒熱水的寒冬冷水體驗。
