Pros:

Location was excellent for me as it is just across the road from the Epworth Private Hospital. It is also only a 3 km walk to the centre of Melbourne.

Cons:

The apartments are a bit dated and need some TLC. But mostly a bit of patch and paint.

No air-conditioning in rooms, difficult parking
Pros:

Good location and pay tv services but unfortunately that's where our "likes" ended

Cons:

The unit despite having an oven etc had one saucepan and limited cooking utensils. The parking was a disaster, everytime we were told to park somewhere someone was parked there. The pool is in a separate building. Bedrooms jad no aircon or fan , only RC was in the living room which was at the end of a hallway.

OK, but luxury it ain't.
Pros:

Location convenient-walking distance from a lot of hospitals and into town.
We were on the 10th floor and had a great view of the sunsets.
Gym was reasonably well equipped with running machine, elliptical stair and cycles, but poor selection of hand weights.

Cons:

Generally very poorly maintained, every piece of furniture and every wall was damaged, even a hole in the tiled wall in the bathroom. Windows don't seal properly. Blinds frayed and only on some windows. It was not particularly clean with grime over tiles in bathroom and pool. There was no information about local restaurants or anything to make a stay more pleasant. Had to ask for extra towels to use in the gym, had to ask re return key procedure. Tea bags,coffee bags and small milk portions were the only luxury. Kitchen utensils minimal, not even salad bowl or salt and pepper.

Cons:

The check in process is good if all goes according to plan - I had to phone several times to confirm check in and parking instructions as the emails and SMS messages were delayed and/or lost in some instances. Need to have mirrors in the bedrooms and bed side lamps in both bedrooms. There is a lack of storage and hanging space in bedrooms.

Cons:

The shower unfortunately played up and I ended up having a cold shower this morning.
Also only had part of a toilet roll available to us and ran out during the night and used tissues.

Light & spacious apartment, great position
Pros:

The location was terrific for us, going to the tennis. The apartment is very spacious, & light filled, directions clear (all via txt).

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like but a few small things that could make it better. The only mirror is in the bathroom, head height only. Bedside lights would be great, in the main bedroom the wall lights above the bed had to be operated from out of the room, in the corridor. There is a dishwasher, but if you wanted to use the kitchen sink, there is no plug.
