While it’s a good location we won’t be coming back
Pros:

Location was great
Had all the things needed for overnight stay
Lay out of space was good

Cons:

Tiles in shower mouldy
Paint peeling in bathroom
Getting into car park was very unclear
False advertising about pool as it’s in another building
Only lukewarm shower
Mask on floor from previous tenants
Hallway smells bad
No bedside lamp in second bedroom

Whilst a good location, the room was not as described
Pros:

I liked that it was close to the hospital I was attending

Cons:

The room was tidy but smelt of cigarettes and when I arrived my balcony door was wide open. The bed was also uncomfortable as the mattress dropped low in a couple of spots

Good for location, fair for everything else.
Pros:

The property is in a great location, and has great services in the building complex like a supermarket, cafe, bar, etc. it’s also housed in an amazing historic building

Cons:

It’s a pity but the rooms were pretty tired. The beds especially. Also there was a clear smell of cigarette smoke. No blockout Blinds. Parking was an additional charge. Service was always available but their automated communications were often unclear. It all just felt a bit unloved!

Pros:

Bed and pillows were comfy.
Lounge room good and little outdoor cove is nice.
The place is fine, just wouldn’t pay that price again for it.

Cons:

Photos online are definitely not what you see. Price point probably too high for what it is. Painted concrete floors with big marks on them from dragging things in or around.
Shower screen is tiny and water literally goes everywhere and makes the floor very wet outside the shower. Not even sure the tiles have any fall on them towards the drain. Random shelf thing in shower is water damaged with peeling paint etc.

Pros:

Apartment was spacious and had everything we could need. Close to Collingwood for the purpose of this trip and an easy walk into the city.

Cons:

Payments were run through a separate website which I thought odd and probably wouldn’t have booked had I known. I like the safety of using this site or paying at reception but there were no staff on reception when we arrived and not many details regarding check in until full payment was made.

Also I paid for early check in but was mixed up and made me stress as my daughters wedding was that day and I had a time schedule
