Nada. Pésima atención de la recepcionista

Cons:

No tuvieron mi reservación, al parecer su página de Booking no funciona y no tienen actualizados los precios.
Me cobraron otro precio totalmente diferente al establecido en Booking
La recepcionista nefasta, no ofrecía solución al problema de la reservación y actuaba como si no quisiera atendernos

La ubicación, que tenga elevador, la atención del personal, y la limpieza.

Hotel en el centro, perfecto para un fin de semana.
Pros:

Es un hotel bien conservado, personal atento, ambiente familiar.

Cons:

El estacionamiento subterráneo es horrible. Prácticamente no se puede usar. No hay otro.

My stay at Hotel Miguel Angel
Pros:

The location was excellent with the balcony facing the park and a beautiful panoramic view of the town.

Cons:

The instructions on how to handle housekeeping were not clear. Upon leaving for a visit into town, I asked the lady desk attendant whether I needed to leave the key at the front desk every time I went out, and she said no. That evening, upon walking into my room, I found that my room had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk, and the attendant said that it was because I had not left the key at the front desk. The young man attendant offered to move me to another room; however, that would have caused too much ado for me, and I declined the offer.

AL LLEGAR SIMPLEMENTE ME DIJERON QUE NO PODÍAN RESPETAR MI RESERVACIÓN, PUES ACABABAN DE DARSE CUENTA QUE LA QUE ME HABÍAN ASIGNADO NO TIENE AGUA CALIENTE NI INODORO.

PÉSIMA ACTITUD DEL PERSONAL AL DECIRME QUE ELLOS ESTABAN CUMPLIENDO CON HACERME EL REEMBOLSO, (AUNQUE POR POLÍTICAS DEL HOTEL NO ACOSTUMBRAN HACERLO), Y BUSCAR OTRO HOTEL ERA ASUNTO MÍO.
