Clean, basic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Cons:

This was absolutely not a 4 star hotel as advertised, it was more of a hostel - very bare bones. Super loud music was blasting from the property until after 10pm. In hindsight this wasn't a surprise given the cost, but I did feel like descriptions on this site were misleading.

LA LIMPIEZA SE LES COMPLICABA TAMBIEN POR QUE SE ESTABA CAYENDO MATERIAL EN BAÑO, TAMBIEN MUY MAL DISEÑO DE VIDRIO EN REGADERA Y ESO HACE QUE SE MOJE DE MAS. LAS ALMHOADAS MUY DURAS. EL DESAYUNO TERRIBLE.

Pros:

Die Lage. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich. Das war aber auch schon alles, was gefallen hat.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war extrem schlecht. Der Kaffee war angerührt und kalt. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig (man konnte das Gespräch der Nachbarn lauschen). Nachts Oropax erforderlich. Die Badewanne im Zimmer konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil sie voll Kalkbelag war. Zudem roch es im Zimmer nach Abfluss. Wir haben uns extrem unwohl gefühlt.

Lovely , friendly hotel close to town
Pros:

Lovely room, 150m from main strip in town centre
Very friendly staff , Juan the manager was really helpful with tips round Tulum

Cons:

The music from the receptionist was really loud in our room till pass 11!! Very basic room, the bedsheets had marks. They left the air con on before we checked in and the room was freezing when we arrived and there was no blankets to sleep with.

Super schönes Hotel im Zentrum
Pros:

Sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer in der Nähe der ADO Bushaltestelle. Auch Geschäfte und Restaurants sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und konnten uns bei Fragen weiterhelfen.

Cons:

Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche. Die Badewanne allerdings hatte warmes Wasser.

Bien, pero no repetiría!
Pros:

El personal fué Muy amable! Y las zonas comunes son muy bonitas!

Cons:

- el desayuno es MUY POBRE… nos explicaron al hacer el check in q podíamos elegir 1 de entre 3 opciones ( 1 dulce, 1 salada y in bol d frutas). Resultaron ser 2 opciones al final… tortilla o fruta.
- tienen la musica debajo de la habitación en el bar de copas del hotel hasta tarde… por lo que molesta para dormir.
- el baño parece muy moderno.. pero es incomodo… a la ducha le falta media mampara… se sale todo el agua.. pasas frio…
Y la luz en general en toda la habitación es muy pobre

La limpieza de las habitaciones bastante regular, la ducha era muy incómoda, se mojaba todo el baño porque no tenía mampara y teníamos que pedir una fregona a diario para limpiarlo, las camas no tenían funda en el colchón y la luz de las habitaciones bastante baja, no se veía apenas

Super beau et amical !
Pros:

L'hotel a un beau style, un design travaillé, et est idealement situé. Le petit déjeuner était super, on a pu choisir entre plusieurs options et on nois a préparé un yaourt aux fruits frais et granola délicieux. Le personnel était très amical !

Cons:

L'isolation sonore au Mexique est moins bonne qu'en Europe

Overall it was a very negetive and unpleasant experience.
Pros:

Did not like anything about the property accept for the 1 person on reception Jerry. Who was the only one out of all staff who seemed sane and not intoxicated.

Cons:

Firstly we did not know that it was a hostel and not a hotel.
Our room was too dark, gave a very negetive vibe, lots of mosquitos, no light near the wash basin and it smelled of puke in that area. The restroom toilet flush was occasionally working. The shower was leaking from every angle and it was an unpleasant experience to shower.
The person who was making breakfast was under influence/drunk/high so the breakfast experience also felt unpleasant.
The towels provided were like rags and the sheets had spots on them and residues of weed leaves/cannabis as i could clearly see them on sheets and towels.
We basically wanted to just leave the hotel/hostel so we only came to sleep at night and left early in the morning.

Excellent option for Tulum
Pros:

Loved staying here! Comfortable room, great breakfast, 2 blocks from ADO bus station. More restaurants within 5 blocks than you can possibly find time to try.

Cons:

Didn’t really get to utilize the pool- maybe needs some loungers nearby?

Cons:

The room was old, dirty and the sink jet was impossible to use. Due to rains, water folk down from ceiling throw the cable lamp that blown out. The gay at the reception said that there was nothing to do that night except putting some silicon. No refund or discount, terribile management

Pros:

Un accueil très chaleureux par l’ensemble du personnel. Le maître d’hôtel nous a donné les meilleurs conseils possibles pour explorer les alentours de Tulum ! La propriété est charmante, les petits déjeuners très bons. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps 😊

Beautiful stay in the centre of Tulum
Pros:

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.
I was able to check in much earlier than the advertised check-in time as the previous guests had checked out early.
The room and the facilities were well maintained and the hotel was beautifully designed. This was definitely the best place I stayed when backpacking around Mexico. Definitely worth every peso!
Central location close to the bus station, shops, restaurants and the colectivos to the beach
