Pros:

Buona posizione, molto gentile il ragazzo che prepara la colazione, camera scenografica. Tutto sommato non sarebbe male con qualche accorgimento in più. Accettabile per soggiorno di 1-2 notti

Cons:

Wifi inutilizzabile, asciugamani sporchi e pieni di ruggine, rubinetti otturati e doccia scomoda per via del getto che faceva quasi male. L’acqua era salata. Canali tv non visibili. Piscina non piacevole alla vista.

La cercanía al ADO. La alberca y puedes llevar acompañantes sin problemas.

Cons:

Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento a los departamentos. Las tuberías estan oxidadas y en mal estado. En el lavabo que nos tocó olia muy mal porque me parece que la tubería del desagüe no tiene la trampa de agua. El AA de la sala no funcionaba bien, se botaba el interruptor cuando se ocupaba más de 30 min.
Agrego que el AA del departamento vecino tenia mal su desagüe y se filtraba el agua a nuestro departamento, lo que provocaba que se viera una gran mancha y se comenzará a botar la pintura.
Y por último se comenzó a filtrar el agua del baño a uno de los cuartos y cada que alguien se bañaba se hacia un mega charco

Es war leider nicht wirklich sauber. An den Bezügen waren leider überall Flecken. Im Bad hat es ab den Armaturen geschimmelt..

O Chuveiro do quarto que eu fiquei não era bom, a TV é pequena. Não tinha lixeira no quarto. O serviço de quarto apenas de 3 em 3 dias.

Ok for a budget stay but needs cleaning and maintenance
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also pretty good for a hostel breakfast. The location was good as it is super close to the bus station and central Tulum.

Cons:

I wasn’t really able to feel comfortable here as the room and property wasn’t cleaned well at all. There was a lot of dust and hair surrounding the table, along the windows and on top of surfaces. The shower drain was partially blocked so water didn’t drain well and it smelt bad when running the shower. There was no mattress protector or fitted sheet so I found myself waking up in the middle of the night just on the bare mattress when the ill-fitting bedding shifted. Kind of gross when you think about how many people would’ve slept on that bed. These are relatively minor things that could be easily fixed with some extra care and investment from property management. It is a shame because the vibe of the place is cool, it just hasn’t been maintained well. The photos make this place look somewhat resort like and luxurious which is definitely not the case. It was pretty cheap and we were only staying for 2 nights, but if we were in Tulum for longer I would’ve found a different place to stay.

Pros:

L'hotel è molto carino di per sè, la nostra stanza era molto bella e luminosa. Il letto non era comodissimo e ad essere sincera la pulizia non era delle migliori, ma magari saremo stati sfortunati noi e sottolineo che non abbiamo riferito nulla in quanto non era una situazione invivibile ovviamente! Unica pecca per me era l'illuminazione nel bagno, quasi inesistente e di sera era difficile guardarsi allo specchio. Colazione ok! Ad ogni modo, lo consiglio per un breve soggiorno. Personale super! A poca distanza a piedi dal centro, parcheggio macchina disponibile. Vicino alle Rovine!

Het hotel ziet er op het eerste gezicht mooi en strak uit, het personeel is heel aardig en het ligt op een zeer goede locatie

Cons:

Het is eigenlijk een hostel met meerdere hostel kamers waardoor er veel geluidsoverlast was. De kamers worden niet schoongemaakt (je kan wel toiletpapier en handdoeken halen bij de receptie). Voor een 4 sterren hotel is dit toch wel gek. Bij het zwembad liggen maar 2 bedjes waar tijdens ons verblijf constant mensen uit het hostel lagen. Onze airco was kapot en ze hebben hier naar gekeken maar het niet opgelost. De airco blies wel lucht maar geen koude lucht. We hebben hierdoor 2 nachten liggen zweten.
