إقامة جميلة لكن؟
Pros:

موقع الشقة مميز جدًا، الصور صحيحة، التواصل مع مكان الإقامة قبل الوصول كان جيد، المكان جميل، والإقامة في هذا المكان ممتعة إلى حد كبير لولا بعض المنغصات التي نغصت علي إقامتي

* المعلومات المتوفرة غير صحيحة (لا يوجد تكييف مثلا)
* المقابس الكهربائية تخرج من مكانها! والغرفة عائلية.. خطيرة جدًا على الأطفال
* وجدت بعض النظرات ترمقني أنا وعائلتي بالشك.. لا أعرف المشكلة، ولكن النظرات لم تكن مريحة
* موقف بسيط لكن غبي.. ممنوع تدخل بحذاءك لشقتنا النظيفة جدًا.. وأرى كل الجيران (الأتراك) يدخلون بأحذيتهم..

امينه صاحبة المكان كانت في قمة اللطافه والاحترام

الموقع بعيد جججداً
لايوجد مكيفات
بعض الغرف لا يوجد دولاب ملابس ولا تسريحه
يوجد رائحه وسالت عنها قالو رائحة الفحم !!

Exceptional
Pros:

The view from the rooms is fantastic. Staff are very kind and nice. Breakfast is made with love and by the family with variety that meets everyone choice. Rooms furniture is excellent. I recommend this hotel for any one visiting Rize.
