Perfect stay for a short term break, very clean, comfy bed, great location away from busy centre bit still close to main

Pros:

Все сподобалось. Розташування, комфорт, зручності. Гарний персонал. Можна замовляти сніданки. У готеля є своя парковка, що дуже зручно у Львові. Поряд є все необхідне, навіть парк з озером, де можна ловити рибу:)

Pros:

Було охайно, чисто як і в готелі, так і на території поруч. Персонал дуже привітний, смачні сніданки. Обирала спеціально поруч з вулицею Кульпарківською, щоб можна було легко дістатися на транспорті в Арену Львів або залізничний вокзал, також поруч трамвай до центру, великий супермаркет Сільпо, парк з озерами.

Гарний сервіс не за всі гроші світу.
Pros:

Готель після якісної реновації - все нове, центральна система клімат контролю, приємний персонал.
Є власна парковка, що особливо цінно для Львова)))
До центру 15 хвилин на трамваї - теж зручно)

Відремонтували чудово,але...
Pros:

Місцезнаходження -тихо,затишно,кінцева трамваю,яким можна доїхати до центру і назад.Свіжий ремонт.

Cons:

Мінібар -пустий і ще був не прибраний,неприємний запах з нього (не ризикнули йогурти навіть поставити), сервісу "в номер" немає (їжу, напої,замовити каву в номер-ні),якщо кав'ярня на першому поверсі зачинена, то поїсти немає де,поруч окрім магазину і мафу нічого немає.Не попередили про знижки 20% для убд/військових на booking.При броні на booking, ці знижки не діють!!!Постіль за три дні не міняли.Були з дитиною,3 роки, вказано,що проживання безкоштовно,але виявилось,що за розміщення (застелити диван дитині) ще потрібно було доплатити 1800 гривень.Розмір номеру доволі невеликий.Вид з вікна, вказано "на озеро",не видно озера ніякого,але озеро в парку таки є,можливо коли не буде листя на деревах його можна побачити
