Все было отлично, за исключением того что 1 ночь мне пришлось спать без подушки, но из-за большого к-ва отдыхающих это допускаю, не успевают -))))

это самый ужасный отель, который я видела в своей жизни. не стоит туда ехать, не портите себе отпуск. отвратительная еда, антисанитария, очень маленький пляж, не рассчитанный на количество людей в отеле, супер-переполненный бассейн, воняющий хлоркой. персонал на ресепшене старается, но ничего не происходит, нам три дня не могли принести полотенца в номер, хотя мы напоминали по два раза в день. периодически нет воды, не работает электричество, что-то капает, номера ужасные, уборки нет как таковой. мы просили подмести песок в номере, оставили чаевые и записку на турецком, в номере подмели, но в ванной и на балконе вообще ничего не сделали. вокруг ничего, только другие отели, ты вынужден проводить время только в отеле, мы все отравились (компания из 6 человек), попробовали переехать в другой отель или Airbnb, но день в день это невозможно. брали такси в Аланию и проводили весь день там на платных пляжах, чтобы хоть немного спасти свой отдых. не совершайте наших ошибок, бронируйте сразу другое место. это не экономия, так как в итоге все равно придется потратить деньги на пляжи, еду, такси.

Ménage jamais fait / ils n’avaient jamais de serviette de douche propre j’ai dû attendre 3 jours avant de me laver avec une toute petite serviette / restaurant sale ou tout le monde se sert il y avait des mouches partout sur les charcuteries au petit déjeuner 6 stand de petit pains et un d’omelette tout le reste était vide / repas immangeable/ jamais de transat de libre / au milieu de nul part obliger de prendre le taxi pour se déplacer et pas moins de 20€ aller retour / hôtel délabré / et ce n’est même pas un hôtel 5 étoiles !!

room is dirty food is bad avoid this place

It was dirty there was dark hairs in our bed on arrival and stains on the towels. Items left in the fridge in room. Bed was broken , mattress was hard, air con not cool enough . Ants in room this was highlighted to staff but not sorted. Cleaners 2 young lads were only seen on our 5th day there we had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll other wise these would have not been changed.
Other guests of another nationally were piling their plates high and not leaving enough food for others. They also didn’t know how to que. self serve machines were not filled up often the apple juice was off, pineapple juice and hot chocolate kept running out told staff they didn’t understand me. Told reception they said “I guess we ran out. “. Went to snack bar at midnight once and was told by staff using google translate no soup tonight. So no snack for us. Apart from the watermelon and bread there wasn’t a lot of safe options to eat. Not enough food or tables for the vast amount of guests. Entertainment is catered towards Russians who are the majority. We didn’t see a spare lounger once round pool. The ones on the private beach are all cracked and broken and there are not enough. The only cool place is in reception next to the fan. No air con anywhere. Toilets all smell like urinals, the stairs to the rooms are dangerous all different depths and no lighting. WiFi is supposed to work in the bar area only but doesn’t even work there. You need to get an e sim before you go. The beach bar charges 13 pounds for a cocktail and not included. We hardly ate or spent any time in the hotel and went out to make the most of our holiday. It was cheap so I don’t expect a palace but I expected more from hotel anjeliq.

لم تكن نفس حجوزاتنا وقاموا باعطانا غير غرفه وتكون في موقع سئ جدا ولم تتواجد فيها وسائل الراحه وكذلك الحمام ضيق جدا

Pool nicht sauber man sieht wasser nicht durch , essen sehr schlecht wir hatten alle magendarm nach 2 tagen show animation sehr schlecht
Mein zimmer war im 5-6 stock ohne lift
Die zimmer karte musste ich 4 mal wechseln weil sie nicht funktioniert hat ! ich empfehle es nichtmal kostenlos dahin zu gehen bleibt lieber zuhause

Yeməklər çox dadsız. Günorta və axşam cəmi 1 toyuq əti qızardılırdı. Dəniz məhsulları, balıq veriləcəyi söylənsə də, cəmi 1 dəfə forel qızartdıldı. Pivələri çox dadsız. Təmir köhnəlib. Animatorların sayı çox olsa da, çox zəif işləyirlər. Ən çox işləyən kiçik boylu qaraşın qız idi. Əksəriyyəti yola verirdi. WiFi sadəcə bir yerdə tutur, o da bərbad.
Water slide şəkillərdə böyük göstərilir, ancaq kiçikdir, uşaqlar üçündür.
İnternet, meyvə şirəsi, popkorn və s. satmaq 5 ulduz otelə yaraşmır.
