Good budget choice.
Pros:

Excellent communication and instructions to the property.
The room is small and the owners have made good use of the space, including a place to hang clothing.
It had very good ondol which actually warmed the room, (not just patches on the ground).
No kettle in the room but there is a communal kitchen and hot and cold water dispenser.
There is a window but no view as it is facing a wall.
The property has 2 floors and no lift, I was on the bottom floor. Just something to bare in mind if you have large lugguage.
It is about a 3 minute walk to the subway station, but if you need the elevator exit/entrance it's more like 15.

Cons:

The room was humid in spring when it was still relatively cool, this could be very difficult in Koreas humid summers.

no 5 star hotel, but a proper budget stay - would book again
Pros:

it wasn't anything special, but exactly what i expected for the price
- facilities were clean
- comfortable bed
- small kitchen in the lobby
- very close to everything
- super nice staff recommending us amazing places

Cons:

- bathroom layout was a bit impractical - water was often everywhere including the main room (i recommend using a lot of towels that are provided)

Cons:

It's probably related to Book.com, but we wanted bathtub, so we got result with bathtub, but, for an unknown reason, we didn't get it. I checked thr "equipment list" of the room, and it's specified "bathtub/jaccuzi", I'm not crazy, it's written on it! But, I think it's because the hotel was aside a SPA, which itself contain bathtub. It's not clear.

Would recommend for the price, communication was swift and friendly, great location very close to the metro

Cons:

Only under floor heating so the room will take a while to heat up from cold, the tv inside the room was dated and couldn't watch shows from my phone/laptop as a result

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, direkt an der U2. Wir konnten kostenlos ein Frühstück bestehend aus Cornflakes, Milch, Toast, Marmelade, Coffee Mix sowie Nudelsuppe verbrauchen. Ebenfalls kostenlos war Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Personal war nicht zu sehen, jedoch über booking ansprechbar und hat sofort reagiert. Ausserdem gab es hilfreiche Infos für Unternehmungen, Restaurants usw.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war praktisch nicht vorhanden, wir mussten den Müll sogar selbst entsorgen. Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt.

Unbeatable location, incredible value, and the most heartwarming host in Seoul!
Pros:

The location is absolutely unbeatable—literally a one-minute walk from Sindang Station Exit 2. It offers incredible value for the price, and the room is exceptionally spacious, which is a rare find in Seoul.

While it doesn't provide traditional hotel services, the B&B host went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They provided fresh towels and bottled water daily, along with complimentary instant noodles, coffee, milk, and bread. As a first-time visitor to Korea, I was deeply touched by the host's genuine and authentic hospitality. It truly warmed my traveler's heart. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Just a few minor things to note for future guests:

No elevator: You have to carry your luggage up the stairs, but it's only on the second floor, so it's quite manageable.

Hot water: The hot water supply for the shower can be a bit limited, so you might need to keep your showers relatively short.

Soundproofing: The soundproofing is slightly weak, so you might hear some occasional noise.

However, these are very minor issues compared to the unbeatable location and the host's amazing hospitality. I would still highly recommend staying here!

There are many shops there. You can reach everything by train, etc. Connections are very good there, to Gangnam - Iteawon.

Unfortunately, the rooms were not good, very small and dark, resembling a closet. Unfortunately, it's similar to a guesthouse or youth hostel. Suitable for short stays, but not for long ones. Or just for sleeping, yes. .
