1.wrong room information on booking - it said bathtub and balcony and non of it was there
2.i forgot few clothes in a see through bag in the room and asked about it few hours later - instead of contacting me earlier as EVERY Hotel would, they told me they threw it in the trash - it was very obvious those were clothes of some worth and not just some old stuff and it clearly wasn’t trash - unacceptable never go here

Действительно очень удобное расположение, близко от метро. Большая кровать и собственная ванная комната.

Cons:

Из минусов чувствовался сильный запах плесени и в этой комнате, которая мне досталась, окно выходило в коридор из-за тяжело было проветрить. Когда долго находишься в комнате, то постепенно привыкаешь к запаху, но он всё равно достаточно сильный. Но это очень хороший вариант, чтобы остановиться на 1-2 ночи. В целом мне понравилось.

Pros:

Всегда останавливаюсь здесь. Большие номера, всегда есть бутылки с водой, кофе, зубная паста и щетки и салфетки. Кухня с микроволновкой и плитой. Лучший за свои деньги! Владелец очень хороший, всегда на связи и помогает. 10/10!!!!!!!!

Tout s’est très bien passée, nous avons adoré notre séjour
Pros:

Tout était fonctionné et le gérant très réactif à la suite d’un soucis avec le digicode. Le logement est très bien placée

Pros:

Everything was perfect! Nice large clean comfortable bed! Water provided. Security with numpad lock (No keys or cards to carry). Next to the metro station. I also used the washing machine and the dryer - A polite old lady working there, helped me.

Good budget choice.
Pros:

Excellent communication and instructions to the property.
The room is small and the owners have made good use of the space, including a place to hang clothing.
It had very good ondol which actually warmed the room, (not just patches on the ground).
No kettle in the room but there is a communal kitchen and hot and cold water dispenser.
There is a window but no view as it is facing a wall.
The property has 2 floors and no lift, I was on the bottom floor. Just something to bare in mind if you have large lugguage.
It is about a 3 minute walk to the subway station, but if you need the elevator exit/entrance it's more like 15.

Cons:

The room was humid in spring when it was still relatively cool, this could be very difficult in Koreas humid summers.
