Pros:

So close to the metro. The owner was really kind, I really enjoyed the offered things! Room was clean, bedsheet was fresh. Even though the room is not too big, we felt good there.

Cons:

It was hard to open one big suitcase, but that's the only one "problem"

駅4番出口からとても近いです。
大通り沿いにはたくさん食べるところがあります。24時間営業の食堂もあります。

Extremely cheap place
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, it was quiet at night.

Cons:

The building itself has a weird shape and not very easy to find in the dark arriving after a 12h long haul flight.

とても快適に過ごせて大満足です。
通常のゲストハウスより良かった点
・クーラー付き（除湿モードもあり）
・清潔でバストイレは少しカビってる箇所はあるものの、洗面台までピカピカなのは感動
・排水も問題なし
・BOXテッシュあり（鏡は洗面台のみ）
・服を掛けるハンガーラックにハンガーも7本ぐらいあった
・温冷水サーバーに氷も出る機能あり
・歯ブラシあり（ただし歯磨き粉は共用になる）
・タオルは共用部に置いてあるので、自分で2枚を毎日交換（手拭いサイズのもの）
・洗濯機あるので助かった
・駅やバス停から1～2分と近い（真夏には有難い）
・デスクはあるが椅子はナシ
・共用キッチンにスティックコーヒー、冷蔵庫には食パン、イチゴジャム、牛乳がある

挙げればキリがない程、とっても良かったです。
ゴミの分別もしっかりしされており、本当にキチンと管理されているので清潔安心です。
機会があれば必ずリピします。

・これは仕方の無い事ですが、最寄りの駅はどの出口も階段（しかもまぁまぁ段数あり）

Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would consider staying there again.
Pros:

I liked that the guesthouse was very close to the subway, which made it easy to get around Seoul. I also appreciated having a private room with a lock on the door, along with reliable Wi-Fi. I needed to teach online lessons during my stay, so having a quiet room and a good internet connection was very helpful. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked nice, and I heard good things about it.

Cons:

The only downside was that there were tiny flying bugs in the room. The owner provided bug spray and suggested using it, but I didn't like the smell, and the room didn't have great ventilation, so I chose not to use it. Fortunately, the bugs were small and didn't seem to live very long, but I occasionally noticed a few dead ones on the bedding.
