Pros:

とても快適に過ごせて大満足です。
通常のゲストハウスより良かった点
・クーラー付き（除湿モードもあり）
・清潔でバストイレは少しカビってる箇所はあるものの、洗面台までピカピカなのは感動
・排水も問題なし
・BOXテッシュあり（鏡は洗面台のみ）
・服を掛けるハンガーラックにハンガーも7本ぐらいあった
・温冷水サーバーに氷も出る機能あり
・歯ブラシあり（ただし歯磨き粉は共用になる）
・タオルは共用部に置いてあるので、自分で2枚を毎日交換（手拭いサイズのもの）
・洗濯機あるので助かった
・駅やバス停から1～2分と近い（真夏には有難い）
・デスクはあるが椅子はナシ
・共用キッチンにスティックコーヒー、冷蔵庫には食パン、イチゴジャム、牛乳がある

挙げればキリがない程、とっても良かったです。
ゴミの分別もしっかりしされており、本当にキチンと管理されているので清潔安心です。
機会があれば必ずリピします。

・これは仕方の無い事ですが、最寄りの駅はどの出口も階段（しかもまぁまぁ段数あり）

Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would consider staying there again.
Pros:

I liked that the guesthouse was very close to the subway, which made it easy to get around Seoul. I also appreciated having a private room with a lock on the door, along with reliable Wi-Fi. I needed to teach online lessons during my stay, so having a quiet room and a good internet connection was very helpful. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked nice, and I heard good things about it.

Cons:

The only downside was that there were tiny flying bugs in the room. The owner provided bug spray and suggested using it, but I didn't like the smell, and the room didn't have great ventilation, so I chose not to use it. Fortunately, the bugs were small and didn't seem to live very long, but I occasionally noticed a few dead ones on the bedding.

素敵なゲストハウスに出会えました！
Pros:

非対面チェックインでしたが、事前に詳細なメールを何度もいただき安心して辿り着く事ができました。駅から直ぐのロケーションはスーツケース持参時に大変有り難かったです。
また白で統一された室内は清潔で、水回りも磨かれていて、綺麗な室内を保たれている努力を感じることができました。これだけでも誠実なオーナー様だと思いました。冷蔵庫にはあらかじめ冷えたお水が入っており、自分で冷蔵庫をONにする宿もある中で、親切だと思いました。
また泊まらせて頂きたいと思います。

Cons:

良くない点ではないですが、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはキッチンで可能と案内がありましたが、私のスーツケースは大きく、キッチンは小スペースなので遠慮しました。小型スーツケースでしたら大丈夫かと思います。

Pros:

Die Lage war super und die angestellten waren sehr freundlich! Man konnte auch ganz entspannt seine Klamotten waschen. Man hat jeden Tag kostenloses Wasser und frische Handtücher bekommen.

Cons:

Es ist etwas alt und dadurch sehr hellhörig. Zudem war es manchmal sehr feucht in dem Zimmer.
