Pros:

the view was good naman and while eating breakfast and dinner

Cons:

It wasn’t totally clean after all, because there were spoiled foods in the freezer. You should double-check it before others use it. Also, the stove isn’t good for me since it takes so long to heat up, and I expected there would be slippers, but there weren’t any

Pros:

The location is good and the staff is welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The only good things about this hotel are its convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The foam seemed old and damaged, with just a thin layer on top to cover it. The unit lacked basic cleaning and sanitation supplies: no bathroom rugs, no tissue, and the bathroom sink area had visible damage with wood underneath rotting. There were no rods to hang towels, no storage space for clothes, and the balcony chair was broken.

The unit also felt bland, with no decorations or touches to uplift the atmosphere, making the stay feel dull and uninviting.

On top of that, the WiFi was extremely slow, making the TV and internet unusable. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and not worth the stay.

Pros:

The property is a normal condo unit, nothing more. Nothing less. Okay naman yung care taker na nag assist samin. Pero, hindi ko makakalimutan na kulang sinukli nya sakin na 12 pesos. Although, 12 pesos lang right? Pero kung okay sana ung over all experience sa unit pati sakanya, hindi kami mgddlawang isip na mag bigay ng tip.

Cons:

I will not recommend this place for a staycation/leisure purposes. Room given to us is, Tower 3 sa Wind Residence. We stayed here for 2 nights.
Normal ba sa iba na, porket 2k mahigit lang yung bayad per night, eh hindi na maayos ung place dapat?


Why hindi ko siya dapat irecommend? This is my first time na mag review ng ganito or ma-experience yung ganito. Suki ako ng Wind residences, pero etong unit na to pinaka worst.

First- Yung condo unit na binigay samin, okay naman normal na may kama at may sofa. Pero, yung mga utensils nila kulang kulang, as in hindi pa organize yung mga utensils sa cabinet,wala pa silang rug/basahan para sa pamunas ng mga plato or baso. At take note, pag dating namin, ung itsura ng kitchen, sobrang dumi at halatang di na linis ng maayos. Pero dinedma nalang namin, kase mahalaga may napag stayan kami.

2-Walang basahan sa CR, kahit manlang isa.
3- Yung mga bedding sheets, parang used na.
4- Wala manlang maliit or kahit isang fan, why ko to nilagay? Dahil, di mabilis lumamig sa room.
5- Yung aircon nila, nag leak sa labas. Dahil, sa may labas kami ng stay for the night nung iba kong kasama kase, ng work din kami.
The whole night, nag lalawa na yung labas sa sobrang leak.

Sa owner nag unit, place take time to visit your place.

Honest review
Pros:

The place is cozy and near to places we like to visit in Tagaytay.
You have two option either stay inside the bed room or use the folding bed chair as your bed outside the bed room.
Great city view.

Cons:

Comfort room: Toilet bowl cover with seat is not installed.
No free towel to use.
Parking area is to far and expensive.
