Die unpersönlichste Unterkunft, die ich als Viel-Reisender in meinen 70 Lebensjahren jemals kennengelernt habe, Die Bezeichung "Hotel" hat dieses Haus nicht verdient. Nur online Check-in und Check-out über Schlüsselkasten, irgendwelches Personal bekommt man nicht zu Gesicht - mit einer Ausnahme: wegen interner Kommunikationsprobleme wollte man uns nach der ersten Übernachtung rauswerfen und dabei wurde sehr unfreundlich auf die Check-out-Zeit hingewiesen.
Zimmer wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ein einziges Mal gesäubert. Getränke-Automat akzeptiert nur Kartenzahlung, kein Bargeld.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis katastrophal.
Hier will offenbar jemand mit wenig Aufwand viel Geld verdienen.

Sehr schöne Ausstattung, hier merkt man die Liebe zum Detail. Viele Parkplätze und Lage zum Nürnburgring waren nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Im unteren Bereich steht ein Getränkekühlschrank sowie eine Kaffeemaschine. Toll

Cons:

Die Junior Suite hat den ersten Abend unangenehm gerochen, im Badezimmer war schwarzer Schimmel, weshalb dort auch dauerhaft die Heizung angemacht wurde. Der Schlaf-und Wohnbereich waren leider extrem kalt als wir ankamen.

Schönes und sauberes Urlaubsziel
Pros:

Der kontaktlose Checkin hat problemlos funktioniert, nach Problemen mit dem TV wurde uns ein neues gleiches Zimmer angeboten, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auch im Vorfeld kann man uns einen Fehler in der Buchung stressfrei und ohne Aufpreis entgegen.

Cons:

Teile der Beleuchtung gingen nicht.
