Great experience, the staff is very nice and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and spotless.
Instant coffee / coffee pot in the kitchen with a fridge + parking spot it's perfect.
& Just a few steps from all the places to see in Valladolid !

Cons:

The neighbourhood can be loud (like in many places in Mexico) but with some light earplugs it's ok.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at the Hotel Casa Rosario- the owner/manager was very helpful.
Pros:

Excellent location near the ADO bus terminal, the collectivo station, and a short walk to the city center.

Ideal location, very clean and well equipped, very warm and welcoming host who gave us plenty of good advice. For us the ideal stay for two nights in Valladolid. Recommended!

Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir des conseils précieux
Cuisine collective mise à disposition avec micro onde et frigo, ce qui permet de faire un petit-déjeuner ou un repas rapide.
Une terrasse agréable à disposition à l'étage en fin de soirée (même si celle-ci donne sur la rue)
Bien situé, avec le centre accessible rapidement à pied (10 min)

- convenient location close to ado station and main landmarks
- the staff were all helpful and friendly
- let us check in a little before regular check in time which was very appreciated
- despite being in a room on the first floor next to the reception, it was very quiet both during the day and night

Cons:

The room smelled a little moldy and I could see some mold on some areas of the ceiling and shower

A little gem!
Pros:

Location was perfect for ADO bus terminal and Colectivo vans to Chichen Itza. Shared kitchen/ dining area with kettle, fridge and microwave great. Book swap availability. Shared balcony and area around a little pool. Quiet.
