Pros:

كل شي جميل اطلاله الفندق وقربه من الفعاليات. ونظافة الغرف والموظفين ودوديين وخدومين.

Cons:

الافطار كان قليل جداً. ولم يتوافق مع فخامة الفندق نتمنى ان يهتمون في الافطار. شكراً

я могу заплатить деньги на месте, но деньги были полностью заморожены с моего банковского счета, и они не снимались с замораживания, пока я снова не заплатил онлайн. От входа в отель до ресторана не было отопления, было так холодно, что не было разницы, снаружи ты или внутри. Было жарко только в комнатах. Завтрак в ресторане был неоднородным и совсем не вкусным, обслуживающий персонал нужно было пропрасить принести нож или вилку через 30 минут. В Тбилиси есть более престижные и высококлассные отели по цене дешевле этой цены. Это первый раз, когда я оставляю отрицательный комментарий но это мое мнение сформировалось за 3 дней

Они пугали меня тем, что спрос очень высок, и если я не заплачу, они просто отменят его. От входа в отель до ресторана не было отопления, было так холодно, что не было разницы, снаружи ты или внутри. Было жарко только в комнатах. Завтрак в ресторане был неоднородным и совсем не вкусным, обслуживающий персонал нужно было пропрасить принести нож или вилку через 30 минут. В Тбилиси есть более престижные и высококлассные отели по цене дешевле этой цены. Это первый раз, когда я оставляю отрицательный комментарий но это мое мнение сформировалось за 5 дней

Due to the above-mentioned issues, this stay became the worst vacation experience I have ever had. I will not recommend

Cons:

I would also like to emphasize my serious concerns regarding the service at the Tita restaurant. The entire service staff demonstrated unprofessional behavior, serving guests with visible smirks and mockery. During breakfast hours, cleaning activities and the movement of furniture were carried out directly in front of guests who were dining, which is unacceptable and contrary to basic hospitality standards.
Furthermore, restaurant staff deliberately ignored Russian-speaking guests and openly mocked them inside the restaurant. Such behavior is discriminatory and completely inappropriate for an international hotel brand.
