Локацията е много удобна, всичко е на пешеходно разстояние. Персоналът е учтив и приветлив.
Изключително мръсно е в стаите. В банята имаше много косми както и върху “чистите” чаршафи. Беше ме гнус да си легна в леглото.
Lage und Preisleistung unschlagbar. 24h Rezeption. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon. Die Straße ist ruhig und doch ist man in 2 Minuten am Galata Turm und im schönen Viertel mit Cafés und Restaurants.
Ich habe absolut nichts zu meckern.
The hotel is very Close to the galata tower opposite it there is a street full of cafes. Must try the San Sebastián cheese cakes

Localisation parfaite à côté de la tour Galata dans un quartier vivant mais hôtel au calme . Personnel très accueillant et aidant pour nous proposer des activités et les réserver pour nous
El hotel se encuentra muy bien situado, a escasos pasos De la Torre Galata, aunque la calle no está muy bien arreglada pero no importa porque en 1 minuto estás delante De la Torre.
El personal encantador.
Las camas son bastante incómodas para mi gusto, lo que para hacer turismo no viene bien ya que te levantas reventado.
Las instalaciones están bien pero las tienen que mantener mejor, la limpieza bien, aunque tienes que indicarlo tú a diario lo cual me parece raro, pero funciona.

Нельзя уменьшить температуру кондиционера в номере и это была главная проблема.
Возникли проблемы с такси, которое мы заказали через отель в аэропорт. Водитель не согласился с суммой, о которой мы договорились в отеле (2300 TL).
В итоге я оплатил поездку картой, но обещанная скидка 10% предоставлена не была. Кроме того, с меня дополнительно взяли комиссию за использование терминала водителя.
Ночью немного слышно музыку из ночного клуба.

The hotel is situated just around the corner from the Galata tower with a lot of nice restaurants and shops.
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations at all. The street where the hotel is located felt more like a dirty backstreet, which immediately gave a bad first impression. The garbage on the photo was spread all over the street when we arrived.
Our room was on the ground floor and did not feel anywhere near the advertised 38 m². We were staying with three friends and could barely pass each other. Privacy was very limited: the “windows” of the toilet and shower are far more see-through than the photos suggest, and you can hear everything from the bathroom, which is quite uncomfortable.
Our biggest disappointment was the beds: No box spring or slatted bed base but a hard wooden plank with a sagging mattress. Extremely uncomfortable. We have honestly never slept so badly. It was also very hot in the room.
Additionally, there is a so-called bar in the room that is completely useless and only takes up valuable space. It was also unclear how to operate the lighting, with no logical switches or instructions. We do not understand where the high rating comes from, probably from people who normally stay in a tent.
Of course, we addressed the issue the next day, but unfortunately no solution with decent beds could be offered. Given all of this, we felt we had no other option than to leave after the first night, despite having booked three nights. Our hips and backs were just aching too much.
To make matters worse, the hotel marked us as “no-show,” as if we never showed up at all, which meant we would be unable to apply for a refund. This was extremely disappointing.
This particular hotel demanded full payment in advance and I now understand why. Good learning lesson, will never do that again.
Overall, a very poor experience. We sincerely hope to be compensated in one way or another.
Het hotel ligt op een zeer mooie locatie en dicht bij alles.Het hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk en doet zijn best om aan onze verzoeken te voldoen.
Persoonlijk was ik zeer tevreden over het hotelpersoneel en ik zou dit hotel van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die naar Istanbul reist.

We were not allowed for late check out even though we requested it before
The bed was comfortable and room clean. We had a 40th birthday celebration so the hotel staff were very accommodating and helped so much with letting our family members into our room to decorate it with balloons
The lighting in the room we had was quite bad. Not good for a woman who likes todo make up and hair. What’s needed is a main bright light for those dark mornings and evenings :)
Host was amazing couldn't help us enough, nothing was too much trouble, location was great right in the heart of everything. Very reasonably priced , clean and tidy hotel.
