Pros:

Die Portiers waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist modern und stilvoll, und das grosse, bequeme Bett sorgt für einen angenehmen Schlaf. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tolle Skybar sowie der Infinity Pool im 21. Stock mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Strand. Auch der Balkon ist ein Highlight, wobei die Pflanzen die Aussicht teilweise etwas einschränken.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt und zudem wurde das vorhandene Angebot für die Anzahl Gäste viel zu langsam nachgefüllt, sodass man vieles gar nicht probieren konnte.

Auch bei der Schalldämmung scheint gespart worden zu sein: Trotz unseres Zimmers im 18. Stock waren die Geräusche von der Strasse deutlich hörbar – selbst nachts.

Zudem bietet das Hotel einen Taxi- bzw. Shuttle-Service an, der massiv überteuert ist (bis zum Sechsfachen des üblichen Preises). Es empfiehlt sich daher, stattdessen einfach über die Grab-App ein Taxi zu bestellen.

It was a special experience to feel the nature through the green balcony and to wake up facing the sea. We highly, highly recommend it.🙏🏽

Chic, modern, aber auch laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern im 7. Stock aber vollkommen OK. Superfreundliches aufmerksames Personal, alles blitzsauber. Gutes Frühstück. Abenteuerliche Strassenüberquerung zum Strand.

Pros:

LOVE LOVE LOVE the hotel. It stood out amongst all the other hotels due to the exterior. Also love the location of it on the beach. Rooms were fantastic and comfortable as well

The hotel itself was really nice, in a great location. The pool with the view was absolutely incredible, and the room was also very comfortable.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the service—some of the staff came across as a bit rude. At one point, my husband actually had to ask one of the staff to calm down because she was being quite pushy and a bit aggressive, which felt unnecessary.

The pricing also didn’t really match the overall level of the hotel. It’s not exactly a super high-end place, but beers were around 85,000 VND plus tax—basically close to 100,000—while most other places charge around 50,000–60,000, even at rooftop spots.

Thank you for your kind message and for the warm welcome during my recent stay.

I would like to share my honest feedback regarding accessibility for guests with reduced mobility. While the hotel staff were pleasant and the location is very convenient, being very close to the beach, I was disappointed to find that the accessibility facilities presented on your promotional pages did not reflect the actual situation.

In practice, no adequate arrangements were available for a person using a wheelchair. Access to the shower was difficult, there was no suitable shower chair provided, the floor was slippery, and no appropriate safety grab bars were installed to ensure secure use of the bathroom.

As I had specifically chosen your hotel based on the information indicating accessible facilities, this situation caused significant inconvenience. Unfortunately, I had already paid for three nights which were non-refundable, despite the accommodation not being adapted to the needs of a person with reduced mobility.

I would therefore kindly recommend that the hotel reviews and updates the information provided on booking platforms and promotional materials in order to avoid similar difficulties for future guests.
