Loved it
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very good and perfectly located across from the white sandy beach. Hotel was perfect

Sehr zufrieden. Lage gut. Hotel empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool.

Hotelkonzept sehr schön. Begrünte Fassade.

Cons:

Beim check-in etwas lustlose Behandlung.
Staff stets bemüht. Mitarbeiter bitte immer motiviert halten. Kein nachlassen an der Sauberkeit auch in den kleinsten Ecken.

Tolle Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Da Nang

Die Lage war toll, das Personal freundlich das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gross, jedoch war die Brotauswahl sehr klein. Mehrheitlich asiatisches Essen.

Loved the roof top pool our room and the views were amazing and the hotel as a whole was lovely,.

sadly the moment we arrived we encountered the rudest person on the whole of our trip, the receptionist who checked us in was extremely rude and miserable. After checking in with Mrs rude we went up to the roof top bar to be greeted with not may I help you but the kitchens closed, we didn’t want food just a drink.. ok the bars open till 1130.. fine..
Had a beer asked for another which they gave me but informed me they are closing now( it was 1030 ) they immediately stated stacking up chairs around us..not the best first impression .
The next day we thought we’ll give the food a try in the rooftop bar, we ordered a drink and some food it was lovely until three members of staff thought may be rather than listening to the back ground music , a floor polisher and large industrial hoover would be more fitting. After complaining to the bar man I was first told they had to do it because the big boss said, I asked to see the big boss he didn’t come up and the machines were tuned of. So our food arrived my wife’s was fine I took one bite and my kebabs were cold. They were sent back and 10 mins later returned…. Still cold..we left…
This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our month long trip.. very disappointing

Good location
Pros:

The rooms were nice, the facilities were clean, and the location is excellent.

Cons:

No major issues, although we didn’t adore this hotel. We did not find the staff to be overly friendly or helpful. We also found the breakfast situation to be quite disorganised.

Green and concrete with a sea view
Pros:

The Hotel located in 2-3 minutes from the beach across the street. Really cool lounge with signature drinks. Also infinity pool was perfect with great view. We had a room with a small balcony decorated by trees and green that looks really amazing. Also our partial sea view actually was a sea view because you can see everything from the balcony.
