Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber und nobel eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist vom A bis Z eins A. Würde ich jedem empfehlen. Zum Kemeralti sind es zu Fuß 15 Minuten. Viele Cafés und Restaurants.

Çok rahat yatağı var ama ışıklar çok loş

Personeller çok ilgiliydi, kahvaltı iyidi, yatak da rahattı.

Cons:

Işıklar çok loştu. Duşkabinindeki ışıklar çok az yanıyordu. Duş kabininin kapısını açık bırakarak duş alabildim. Lavabonun olduğu yerdeki küçük ayna (sağ üst taraftaydı) kendime doğru yaklaştıramıyordum ve ışık yakma özelliği de yoktu malesef (küçük aynanın) . ://

Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located , room with sea view was spacious and mini bar free of charge which is rarely tge case ( as far as my expériences tell )
Staff are helpful although a bit rigid but one gem is Mr Kaan at Reception / Customer service who was amazingly kind and very efficient , who went on a special issue the extra mile to assist me and sorted me out perfectly

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is very/ too basic for a hotel of this standing

Great location and nice facility. Lacked good customer service.
Pros:

A nice modern looking boutique style hotel. The location on the waterfront was excellent

Cons:

Definitely lacked Turkish hospitality particularly Front desk staff.
Room layout was not optimal the bathroom was the only place to dry hair or put on make up.
