The vibe of the place was amazing.
Pros:

The place is really well maintained, the vibe it had was a mix of modern and tradition which i really liked, the common area was really good, the door before the elevators made the place feel secure, the breakfast was filling and had local food made with local ingredients, and the room felt modern, clean and cozy, the wooden floor "tatami" and the bed over that "Futon" was a interesting mix and a more than welcome surprise. There was a safe in my room which I appreciate.

Cons:

At the end the elevated wooden floor and the mattress on the floor is a gimmick, on a daily basis it is not as confortable specially due to the room not having much space, juggling with two cabin sized top opening luggages (Duffle + Suitcase) was already an pretty interesting experience I do not want to imaggine with larger baggage. in my case there as no place to sit down and have access to a little table to maybe place a drink, food or appliances.

Pros:

La proximité avec les transports et le style de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Mauvais agencement de la chambre avec présence d'un vent venant de la fenêtre et rendant la chambre glaciale si la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

Quality is going down?
Pros:

Hi everyone, I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and here is my honest review.

I really enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the overall experience.

It is situated in a quiet location, yet still within walking distance of Kyoto Station.

Cons:

However, I’ve recently noticed a decline in overall service quality.

For example, complimentary bottled water was no longer provided,

which made me wonder if cost-cutting measures are being implemented.

Additionally, the room did not feel as clean as on my previous stays.

When prices are low, the guest demographic tends to shift.

Pros:

有飲水機很棒，友善親子，服務人員也很友善。早餐很好，大廳有免費飲料點心也很好，可以接受外帶食物在大廳用餐，非常的體貼，房間和公共場所沒有菸味。很推薦。

Cons:

1.床有點軟，陷下去了，睡的不舒服，起床後腰痠背痛。
2.洗衣機數量太少了， 都等不到，建議可以再增加1到2臺洗衣機器和烘乾機是可以分開的。

洗衣機和烘乾機ㄧ體是很好的設計，就不用還要下來換成烘乾機，但是，因為有好多房客衣服ㄧ次洗太多烘不乾，又接續烘，導致其他客人沒有辦法洗衣服，這樣就會變成沒有效率。
