Very bad experience with this hotel. Staff behaviour is not good. No one is listening to us. AC and tv were not working after multiple complaints but no solution . The washroom is very dirty.no water by hotel.

I had ordered for food and about one and a half hours and multiple phone calls later, I cancelled the order and went out at 11 PM to have my dinner. The staff said that the hotel’s kitchen was out of service and that the food is coming from elsewhere. During each call I made, they told me the food is on the way and would reach me in 15 minutes.
