Pros:

Çok merkezi bir alanda, pistlere ulaşım çok kolay. Odalar büyük ve konforlu.

Cons:

Odalar yerden ısıtmalı, ıslanan kayak ekipmanlarını kurutma imkanı yok. Odada kahve makinesi, kahve, çay vs yok. 3 ziyaretçi olmamıza rağmen odada 2 bardak bulunuyor.

Pros:

A truly ski-in/ski-out hotel in Pamporovo offering breathtaking views. The convenience of stepping directly onto the slopes, combined with free parking (a valuable and often costly amenity in the Pamporovo Ski Area), makes this an excellent choice for a comfortable and high-quality ski experience.

Great location, good rooms, tasty foods in the restaurant.
Pros:

Near to the slopes, great view, point 0 of Pamporovo I would say.

Cons:

Some coffees or tea bags should be included. Also 1/2-1 hour of spa/ day to be included would be great.

Clean, large apartment with a terrace-balcony overlooking the nursery slope.
Friendly staff

Cons:

No gym and had to pay extra to use spa facilities. I would expect to pay extra for massage/treatments but not for a hot tub & steam.

Restaurant service was good for a small group but extremely slow when we returned in a larger group. That said the food was very nice and staff extremely friendly.

Could perhaps do with more utensils, crockery (& maybe a washing machine) for such a large apartment.

Best experience in the summer.
Pros:

Huge apartment for a family of 6. Carpet floor, big living room, comfortable beds, 3 TV sets and 2 bathrooms. The restaurant in the building offered breakfast and drinks.

Cons:

There are no so many places to eat out during summer evening time in Pamporovo. Just need better planning.

Pros:

Excellent hotel with roomy apartments, friendly staff and top location right next to the ski slopes. We felt welcomed and taken good care of.
