LA CHAMBRE QUI RESSEMBLE PLUS A UNE A CHAMBRE DE CLINIQUE QUE D UN PALACE SURTOUT QUAND LA CHAMBRE EST INONDEE PAR UNE CANALISATION DE LA SALLE DE BAIN . PAS DE WIFI DANS LA CHAMBRE !!! LE RESTAURANT QUI RESSEMBLE A UN HALL DE GARE PAR LE BRUIT FAIT PAR LE GROUPE DE TOURISTES EUROPEENS D UN CAR ET SURTYOUT PAR LE PERSONNEL QUI L ENCADRE; LA QUALITE TRES PAUVRE DES REPAS SURTOUT SELUI DU PETIT DEJEUNER ;
The breakfast spread was very basic. Although, the property was quiet and had an old world charm, it certainly was worth paying 13,000 INR for a night. I would have stayed at a commercial change for lesser price and had many more amenities and facilities.
The spa was not operational, there isn't any lift (which I was okay with as you don't want to install a lift by compromising the old fort/palace.), there is no WiFi provided in the room, you can't order in your lunch/dinner, only snacks are provided, there was a small passage in the name of the balcony.. very deceiving and tricks to make money out of the guests.
The food is very good and the hospitality is appreciable.
All was good, no complaints.
The wives, surrounding, staff behaviour
Food can be improved. Like the options in breakfast and dinner buffet
Especially warm staff and service, clean and comfortable
This is a really nice historical property set amidst peaceful and well-kept gardens, but unfortunately it misses the mark in terms of cleanliness and service. This is a shame because a few changes in management could turn this into a real gem.
Our room was spacious but not very clean - there was caked-on dirt on the phone, kettle, bedside lamp switches, and coat hangers. We ended up cleaning these with disinfectant wipes and the latter finished up brown. We also used a wipe to clean the coffee table which, judging by the amount of dirt on the wipe, hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The bathroom was spacious and quite good, but there was a hygiene seal on the toilet and yet when I lifted the lid, I found that it had not been flushed properly by the previous guest, which put into question whether the toilet had been cleaned at all.
Food was average. Staff were polite and helpful.
Generous and sumptuous.
nothing i can think of.
Palacio histórico maravilloso.
Notas que hace falta más mantenimiento pero tiene tanto sabor que no importa
