Great pool area and swim up bar
Bathroom was average
This is a great small hotel on the edge of town surrounded by rustic charm. All the staff were helpful and the hotel provided a complimentary local taxi service into town and return pick up. The room was basic but large, clean and with a balcony and a small kitchenette. The pool was amazing and beautifully clean.
Bedroom could have had more cupboard space and the long sofa was narrow and uncomfortable for my 6 ft frame.
The overall hotel is just stunning, beautiful and a great location. I was on crutches and we were allocated an upstairs room, straight away the reception staff moved us and upgraded us to a suite as we were classed as long stay guests (6 nights). We didn't ask but were very grateful. The management team checked in on us every single day at breakfast, they are a credit, as are the staff both in the restaurant, the cleaners and the pool/bar/reception staff. The shuttle in to town was a godsend for us, and fun too!

Magnifique établissement un peu excentré. Petit déjeuner moyen : au vu du luxe de l’établissement , des jus de fruits frais seraient bienvenus. Bref, le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon.

Tout, l’endroit, la tranquillité, le personnel serviable et sympathique, très bon petit déjeuner et la piscine avec son bar.
Excellent hôtel: piscine propre, service à la chambre impeccable, personnel souriant et aux petits soins, bons déjeuners. Le gérant Francis est sympa et fait la tournée des clients au petit déjeuner pour nous souhaiter bonne journée.

FUYEZ ! Un bijou de ma femme, rangé dans la trousse de toilette a disparu lors du nettoyage de la chambre . Nous en avons parlé à la direction et nous avons eu comme seule réponse que si l’on ne voulait pas qu’ils rentrent dans la chambre, on n’avait qu’à mettre la pancarte sur la porte …

All the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful (special mention to Sisti - sorry if not spelt right).
Breakfast had a good selection (special thanks to Teng and all his staff)
The place was clean and well maintained.
Location was great - we walked to the night market, Phousi Hill and Vat Sensoukharam temple which took approx 10 minutes steady walk or the hotel run a shuttle.

The pool is big. It was great to go for a swim after a day exploring the city. The room were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, very relaxing, especially after a massage at the spa. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The tuktuk service is very convenient as they will take you to the center of town and pick you up.
The inside decoration is a bit bland. No pictures on the wall or colorful elements that would make the place truly special.

Great hotel, with good swimming pool. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and informative. Breakfast was good and the food quality in general was good.
It was a little outside the main town area of Luang Prabang, and that had the positive of being very quiet - there is also an on-demand shuttle which was helpful. We felt the price was a little too high.
