Delightful Stay in Goreme
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Aydinli Cave Hotel! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed in a cave style, complete with a wonderful balcony view. Breakfast was a treat every day, offering a delicious variety. They also helped us book tours, which made our trip even better. The location was perfect, close to great rooftops and restaurants. We definitely recommend staying here!

Posizione ottimale della struttura, camere spaziose, che hanno mantenuto le caratteristiche del luogo.
Colazione sulla terrazza top, per la varietà e qualità.
Receptionist gentilissima.

Cons:

Purtroppo la pulizia non era delle migliori, sul tappeto il primo giorno ho trovato gusci di noccioline, ci sono rimaste per tutto il soggiorno.
Doccia con muffa.
Microclima della stanza difficile da gestire, la prima sera freddissima, il condizionatore purtroppo scalda ma secca troppo l’aria e sembrava funzionare male.

Exceptional location and staff
Pros:

Spectacular location, views, delicious breakfasts and-most of all-the staff. Hulya, esp., was warm, smart, perfect English made any arrangements we requested and seemed to know what we wanted before we did.
Exceptional service. Also, enjoyed hotel hammam very much.

Cons:

Would have liked drawers somewhere. Both room and bath were very spacious but not a drawer to be found. Also, well plenty of hot water, no overhead showerhead and the handheld shower was awkward to use.

Location was great, short walk to town centre. Great vantage point to watch balloons at sunrise

No chairs in the room, mould in bathroom. If you’re allergic to cats do not sit on cushioned outdoor furniture

Excellent!
Pros:

Our stay was marvellous, and exceeded all expectations! The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend booking tours through the hotel (we did balloon and green tour) as the tours were well organised and the leaders were superb!

The services are superb. We have nothing to complain.
Pros:

My family and I stayed three nights with breakfast included. We have wonderful time there. The most memorable thing here would be the hotel staff. Every staff members are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always fresh and delicious. The rooms are clean, beautiful and warm. There is no elevator, but the staff will help you carry the luggages. This hotel located nears the center of restaurants. You can walk around to enjoy the Göreme view. They also provide airport bus service with reservation.

Pros:

Entretenido, muy local, tranquilo. No dejen de ir a su Hamman y quedar en manos de su personal, una experiencia fantástica. El desayuno muy bueno.

Pros:

洞窟ホテルが立ち並ぶエリアで、かつ中心部にも近い立地だったため、とても便利でした。
朝食がとにかく美味しく、会場からの景色も最高でした。さらに、チェックアウト日にシャワーを貸していただけたのもありがたかったです。

Cons:

送迎プランを予約していましたが、ホテル側の手違いで当初予定より多めの金額を請求されてしまいました。気づいてフロントに伝えたところ、翌日きちんと返金対応をしてもらえました。海外ということもあり最初は不安になりましたが、おそらく単なるミスだったようで、対応も丁寧で安心しました。

飯店裡的每一位員工都非常親切、笑臉迎人，讓人從入住到離開都感受到滿滿的溫暖。詢問行程時也不會強迫推銷自家配合的方案（甚至還主動告訴我們有更便宜的選擇！）
Check-out 之後送了我們一盒當地的土耳其軟糖作為伴手禮，超貼心～也可以寄放行李，還提供廁所和淋浴間讓旅客使用，對於要搭夜巴或晚上才離開的旅人來說，真的非常方便又周到！
最重要的是早餐很豐盛，而且主動到桌邊提供許多土耳其當地特色餐點（尤其是 kaymak!!! 超級好吃和印象深刻😍)
雖然這間飯店設施可能不是走頂級奢華路線，但服務品質絕對無可挑剔！來卡帕多奇亞旅遊時，非常推薦入住這裡！

Ein wirklich fantastisches Hotel, das ich mit Sicherheit nochmals im Sommer besuchen werde :-)
Pros:

Wir waren im Zimmer 5. Leider waren wir im Winter da, weshalb wir die tolle Lounge auf der zimmereigenen Terasse nicht nutzten... Jedoch ist der Ausblick sooo traumhaft, dass ich im Sommer wohl stundenlang da verweilen könnte. Man ist schnell zu Fuss im Dorfkern Göreme. Es gibt ein paar freilebende, gesunde und zutrauliche Katzen auf dem Gelände, die vom Hotelpersonal wahnsinnig gut umsorgt wurden (Wasser, frisches Futter etc..) - das war wirklich absolut fantastisch zu sehen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hat sich bei unserer Ankunft viel Zeit genommen uns über die Gegend und das Hotel zu informieren. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und das Bett war wohl das Bequemste, was wir bisher auf Reisen gesehen haben. Das Hotel-eigene Restaurant "Ravioli" macht super tolles Essen (zu empfehlen ist natürlich der türkische Milchreis und die Pottery-Gerichte).

Cons:

Uns hat eigentlich alles gefallen. Nur speziell für Zimmer 5 ist zu erwähnen, dass der Frühstückbereich gleich obenan ist, weswegen es am morgen etwas lauter werden kann (Hier empfehle ich dem Hotel, bei den Stühlen Filze zu montieren, weil man im Zimmer hört, wie die Stühle hin und her gerückt werden) - Für empfindliche Schläfer sicherlich problematisch.

Beautiful location and beautiful old home turned into a great hotel.
Pros:

The location was outstanding, the staff bends over backwards for you. They have a million terraces for you to relax on, just beautiful.

Cons:

ONLY complaint was the mattress was rough and the bed was super squeaky, like to the point where you are scared to move for fear of waking up your partner. But this was the only thing not fantastic.
