Uno splendido soggiorno in una cave room
Pros:

La camera scavata nella roccia aggiunge un fascino unico all'esperienza e permette di vivere appieno l'atmosfera della regione. La nostra sistemazione era spaziosa, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione, servita su una splendida terrazza panoramica, era abbondante e di ottima qualità, con scelta di specialità locali e internazionali. La posizione è perfetta: tranquilla e lontana dal caos, ma a soli pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Göreme. Abbiamo anche apprezzato le diverse terrazze dell'hotel, ideali per ammirare il panorama. Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile, che ci ha assistito con professionalità nell'organizzazione e nella prenotazione delle escursioni

Pros:

La struttura è incredibilmente particolare e accogliente. Perfettamente adeguata al contesto della cappadocia che è meravigliosa. Lo staff incredibilmente amichevole, gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è bellissimo e consiglio a tutti di soggiornarvi qualora si trovassero a visitare questo luogo stupendo.

這趟旅程非常期待的洞穴飯店果真沒有讓人失望，房間真的很大一家四口住一間也不擁擠，該有的服務幾乎都有，所有員工都很親切。

Cons:

到飯店的路上要爬一段小坡，好累，浴室也容易有潮濕悶悶的味道，但這應該也是洞穴飯店的特色。

L'hotel è strutturato all'interno della roccia. La nostra camera non aveva il terrazzo ma affacciava su un giardino in comune con il ristorante dell'albergo. Molte altre camere avevano terrazzini panoramici. La colazione veniva servita sul terrazzo superiore panoramico ed era abbondante e molto buona con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Nel passaggio sotterraneo che collega le due parti della struttura c'era la spa per l'hammam e i massaggi. Abbiamo preso il pacchetto hammam + massaggio e hanno chiuso questo tratto lasciandoci la massima privacy. Sia l'hammam che il massaggio di coppia è stato meraviglioso. Ci siamo rilassati e siamo usciti rigenerati dopo le giornate passate tra i vari tour della cappadocia. Il personale è stato gentilissimo. Ci hanno prenotato transfer, taxi, tour, escursioni in mongolfiera. Sono stati sempre disponibili per qualunque richiesta avessimo. Nel complesso abbiamo vissuto 3 giorni perfetti e saremo rimasti volentieri.

The best hotel of our Turkiye trip. The staff, the location, the rooms, the breakfast - everything was amazing and top notch! We were very pleased with how accomodating the staff was. This is a special hotel for families.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was a bit worn out but it went well with the decor. This hotel restaurant is on the top floor and there are no lifts - it's also a cave hotel on the mountain so it's understandable. You should be aware

Pros:

The service is perfect, all staff are friendly and helpful. The room is lovely too, although a few lamps aren’t working. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the city centre.
