The location was great very close to the center.

Loved the service from the lovely staff at the Adylini Cave Hotel. Arranged tour booking and also sorted our balloon flight booking, a real hassle after 2 days of cancelled flights (owing up to weather conditions). Breakfast was lovely on the beautiful rooftop restaurant & again the staff were super attentive & helpful.

Location is amazing, near downtown area, easy to go for a walk and to find a restaurant nearby. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff was amazing!

Unfortunately our AC wasn’t working and it didn’t seem a priority to fix. 90 percent of interactions with staff were exceptional however there was one other situation with our airport transport that wasn’t very pleasant and I was would have expected better customer service.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, they helped carry our luggage during checkin and check out. Hotel is within walking distance to city center, restaurants and shops. Our family suite is big, with 2 rooms, water kettle, fridge. They gave us 2 large bottles of water every day which is nice. Breakfast is excellent. The staff handled our requests very professionally. Even with the time difference, our WhatsApp is always responded within 24 hours. When we checked out, they gave us a small box of Turkish delight as a gift.
Being a cave hotel, we have to walk several stairs to our room and the breakfast area.
