Pros:

1.服务态度非常好，不仅能够很好满足需求，更是主动贴心的为旅客考虑。对于带娃旅客主动提供儿童洗漱用品，还准备了小玩具；晚归旅客提供甜品；孩子看到大堂有鲤鱼想喂鱼前台也能满足需求。
2.卫生细节非常好。浴室用品都是一次性包装袋消毒。

Tianma hotel is excellent!!
Pros:

Very warmly welcoming in reception during check-in .
Reception officer Mr.Kurt was very helpful during our stay in the hotel also . Location of the hotel is great.This hotel became like my home in keqiao.
