Pokój jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach zamieszczonych na Booking.
Bardzo czysto, ciepło, pachnąca pościel, wygodne łóżko, zestaw kosmetyków, czyste reczniki, lodowka, czajnik elektryczny, mikrofalówka, sztućce, szkalanki, filiżanki. Żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka do wlosow, klimatyzacja.
Do stacji metra 1600m, do przystanku tramwajowego T1: 700m ostro pod górkę, do T6: 600m. Do autobusu BN1: 600m.
Błekitny Meczet, Hagia Sophia jakieś 900m.
Miły właściciel.
Jedyny minus: obiekt położony w pobliżu trasy szybkiego ruchu d-100,

Изначально собирался оставить хороший отзыв, но постельное белье было всё в волосах и я это обнаружил уже ночью когда было поздно позвать персонал, поэтому остальное для меня уже особо значения не имело

Everything was great, bathroom smelt a little bit damp but I’ve experienced this in a few budget hotels in Istanbul
They were kind and hospitable and ready to help us when we need it.
They could improve the cleanliness and our arrival was sorta chaotic
The room was clean and warm. The check-in process was smooth, even though I arrived late at night.
The room is significantly smaller than it appears in the photos, with very limited space. It is located on the ground floor, and the windows face directly onto the street, making it impractical to open them without fully exposing the room.
I had to leave earlier than planned for personal reasons and stayed 1 night out of 5. We agreed that the host would keep payment for 2 nights plus the booking commission and refund the remaining amount. However, after returning the keys, the previously discussed refund was declined, and various reasons unrelated to the situation were given to justify this decision.
This accommodation may be suitable for budget travelers who are primarily looking for a place to sleep. It is not well suited for guests expecting a comfortable, spacious stay.
Цена очень понравилась. Понравилось, что персонал дождался нас поздно в новогоднюю ночь, когда отвалились 2 варианта где остановиться, и вырисовывалась неиллюзорная перспектива заночевать в картонной коробке со всей семьёй. Понравилось чистое белье и набор удобств.
Плохо работал слив в ванной, через 3 минуты затапливало пол в ванной. Персонал перестал быть милым и улыбчивым сразу после нового года. Не знаю, может новый год единственный день в Турции, когда не возбраняется немного накатить?

Цена-качество на отлично.Фотографии соответствуют.Местоположение очень хорошее.Отношение хозяев прекрасное-была неувязка с проплатой,но за нами сохранили номер и поселили .С оплатой разобрались на другой день.По нашей просьбе предоставили электроплитку.В номере есть всё необходимое.

Ļoti laipni saimnieki! Ieradāmies agri no rīta, saimnieks ļāva mums iečekoties krietni pirms plkst. 14:00. Istaba tīra, bija viss, kas nepieciešams. Kondicionieris darbojas, vieta laba, ar kājām ātri un ērti sasniedzams gan sabiedriskais transports, gan apskates objekti, apkārt daudz kafejnīcas, ir arī pārtikas veikali.
Nevar teikt, ka nepatika, bet vannasistabā neliels mīnuss- būtu jāsalabo duša. Pēc mazgāšanās uz grīdas bija peļķe.
