Pros:

Proximity to a wonderful beach. The room I had (kitchenette on ground floor) was spacious, if it had air conditioning I would stay here again - luckily the weather in March was perfect for my stay.

I stumbled upon a couple of restaurants, gelato and services that I wish I had know were very close by, including a small mini-market, attached to La Cabane restaurant, selling water that was cheaper than in town…I wish I had known this from the start!

Cons:

The descriptions implied that the room I booked had air conditioning. The owner was very kind and accommodating and offered me another room and/ or the use of the other room to sleep in if it was too hot at night, he went over and above on this! I just wish the description was more accurate.
Only one small bottle upon arrival is not enough.
No resource guide letting you know what is in the direct area.

Pros:

It’s the second time I’m staying here and defently not the last time…
Alex the owner is very friendly and helpful, the location is great just 10 minutes walking to the centre which it makes much more quiet at night. It has a magnificent rooftop to watch the sunsets, a pool and just 1 minute from the beach! Defently recommend it!!

Great stay
Pros:

Nice location just 2min walk from the beach and 10-12min walk to the Holbox letters at the pier (walking along the beach).
The room was spacious and clean with good air con and fan and fridge. There is a small pool which we didn't use as the beach is so close.
A roof top terrace with chairs and hammocks to chill out.
Arturo was very friendly and welcomed us and showed us the house and took us to the roof top to explain the area and general directions to get around.
Great stay there and I would recommend and would stay there again.

Cons:

No real curtains so the room is very bright in the morning which is I guess a good thing so we wake up early to do things.

Beautiful, relaxing, clean, walkable and open space; excellent to stay in Holbox.
Pros:

It is very nice and open space; good water flow in the shower, plenty of natural light, very clean and they provided clean towels every day. we love that!!

Cons:

Our kind suggestion will be that they should have a TV, paper towels, and a trash can in the kitchenette area.

Pros:

It was a beautiful experienced! We loved our room, it was colorful, cozy, and clean. The building is located close to the beach, and to the center. It was quiet, we only could hear the birds, and very relaxing. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The pictures on Booking do not do justice to the place. We had an incredible stay, Alex is very kind and provided us with a lot of recommendations and tips. The apartment itself is very cozy and it's very well equipped. It's only a 10 min walk from the center and 3 min from the beach. Fully recommend!!

Cute little hotel, worth to stay in.
Pros:

The hotel had great location, walking distance from the ferry, close to the beach and great coffee places. Definitely recommend as it was very quite and peaceful too.

This is a welcoming and helpful place to stay. The owners are wonderful.
Pros:

Our host was very helpful and considerate. Easy to have a conversation about island life etc.

Cons:

Island is still suffering from a small hurricane a week ago. We were still able to walk to town using the beach.
