Mala experiencia en un alojamiento poco cuidado

La ubicación es buena

Cons:

Nos recibió la señora de la limpieza con unas instrucciones que no debió de entender diciéndonos que el grifo funcionaba mal y la cisterna también así que teníamos que tener cuidado y que no teníamos llave para salir del recinto . Que debíamos esperar a que llegara el dueño a las 8 (eran las 4:30 y no habíamos comido). Cuando llamé al dueño me respondió maleducadamente diciendo que eso no tenía sentido. Al día siguiente cuando llegó le expliqué y me dijo que la señora no se enteraba y que la iba despedir. No estuvo en el hotel nadie en ningún momento y tampoco para despedirnos. Tuve que pedir indicaciones para dejar la llave. El hotel no está muy bien cuidado. Maderas en el suelo para salvar el barro, mal olor en el baño,piscina a medio llenar y poco apetecible de meterse, no hay baldas ni ningún armario o cómoda para la ropa, …. Sinceramente, no volvería en esas condiciones.

Notre meilleur logement à Holbox!!!!
Chambre très spacieuse, lumineuse,aérée et très confortable.
Super accueil et Beaucoup d’explications intéressantes par Alex. Le travail de la femme de ménage est exceptionnel, chambre lavée à l’eau tous les jours, serviettes changées et toute la chambre est NICKEL après son passage !!! Rooftop sur le toit avec tables et chaises pour prendre son petit dejeuner ( frigo et vaisselle dans la chambre) mais aussi balançoire et hamacs. A 10 petites minutes à pieds de la ville, emplacement impeccable !!! La ville est tout près, ainsi que resto et beach club. Je recommande à 200%.

Relaxing, clean and a short walk to everything!
Pros:

Close to the beach, and still only 10 min. walk from the center. Spacious shower, relaxing vibes and the prettiest private garden! Will def come back and highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms at a chill property in a quiet part of Holbox near the best beaches
Pros:

Beautiful, clean room full of color and interesting details. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Having a small fridge and a coffee maker in the room (which was re-stocked with good quality ground coffee) was also nice. I liked the location a bit away from the loud nightlife and nearer to the beaches in the northern part of the island. The roof area was also very nice.

Cons:

I normally like to have access to a kitchen area e.g. to make breakfast, but this property doesn't have that.

Pros:

I'd 100% recommend to stay here when you come to Holbox! Superb large and clean rooms, nice relaxed vibe, great location. The roof terrace has wonderful sunset views. Easy communication with Alex, who proved to be a very friendly and responsive host.
Due to a last-minute flight cancellation we had to change our dates of stay, which was no problem. We were able to stay a bit longer after check-out because the next guests were arriving late.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just sad to leave! :-)
