I'd 100% recommend to stay here when you come to Holbox! Superb large and clean rooms, nice relaxed vibe, great location. The roof terrace has wonderful sunset views. Easy communication with Alex, who proved to be a very friendly and responsive host.
Due to a last-minute flight cancellation we had to change our dates of stay, which was no problem. We were able to stay a bit longer after check-out because the next guests were arriving late.
Nothing really. Just sad to leave! :-)
Proximity to a wonderful beach. The room I had (kitchenette on ground floor) was spacious, if it had air conditioning I would stay here again - luckily the weather in March was perfect for my stay.
I stumbled upon a couple of restaurants, gelato and services that I wish I had know were very close by, including a small mini-market, attached to La Cabane restaurant, selling water that was cheaper than in town…I wish I had known this from the start!
The descriptions implied that the room I booked had air conditioning. The owner was very kind and accommodating and offered me another room and/ or the use of the other room to sleep in if it was too hot at night, he went over and above on this! I just wish the description was more accurate.
Only one small bottle upon arrival is not enough.

It’s the second time I’m staying here and defently not the last time…
Alex the owner is very friendly and helpful, the location is great just 10 minutes walking to the centre which it makes much more quiet at night. It has a magnificent rooftop to watch the sunsets, a pool and just 1 minute from the beach! Defently recommend it!!
The location is far enough from town that it is quiet and it is just a short walk into town.
Spacious apartment room, has everything you need including kitchen, fridge and coffee machine. Good location and nice host.

I only wish we had a refrigerator in the room or on the property.
