I would like to commend you on the room—it is very nice and clean, which I truly appreciate. However, I noticed that the air conditioning was not as cool as expected

Cons:

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent interaction with your receptionist. Unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant. I found the communication to be quite difficult, as the receptionist came across as unapproachable and unhelpful.

I believe that a more courteous and professional approach would greatly improve the experience for visitors and clients.

I felt so comfortable—the unit’s design was fresh, clean, and inviting. It made for an amazing stay!
Pros:

The photos say it all—what you see is what you get. The unit feels like a 5-star hotel—trendy, stylish, and super chic. Plus, it’s spotless!

Cons:

There’s nothing major I didn’t like about the property. If I had to nitpick, the slow WiFi was a bit of a bummer—Ookla Speedtest showed around 9 Mbps, which might explain the occasional buffering when streaming Netflix or YouTube. Maybe I’m just spoiled by faster connections. The host mentioned in the earlier message after confirming my booking there should be two WiFi options (Smart and Globe), but I couldn’t find Globe in the network list. Still, it didn’t take away from my overall stay—it was a great experience!

Pros:

I had already been here before and decided to return for a second visit on my day off from work. The location is conveniently close for a break from the Santa Rosa Industrial Complex.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was very comfy and super clean, and check-in was smooth, "walang hassle" . I loved the free coffee and biscuits, it was such a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was steady, and I got to relax with Netflix after work. Sulit na sulit! Highly recommend this place!
