Pros:

Établissement bien placé avec tout à proximité, personnel sympathique

Cons:

Chambre qui ne se fermait pas à clé, pas très rassurant. Le toit n’était pas en bon état. Hôtel assez mal entretenu. Nous n’avions pas de frigo dans la chambre et avons donc demandé un. Pas de bouilloire non plus. Trop de bruits et donc pas facile à dormir (avions, train à proximité + mauvaise isolation).

Pros:

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

Rooms are old and need repair. The ceiling of our room was severely damaged as apparently there has been a leakage of rain water from the roof. Room overpriced for the quality that it offers.

Must be nice to stay during summer. Lacks breakfast
Pros:

I only stayed for one night so can’t tell much.. the room was nice. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Istanbul who for same price had a very nice breakfast, so I guess I expected a bit more.
Best thing is that it’s close to Sabiha Airport. That’s why I chose it.

Cons:

Absence of breakfast, rather quiet neighbourhood.

Highly pleasant 1 night stay
Pros:

My brother and I stayed 1 night in Butik Hotel to be close to Sabiha Gocken Airport for our return to the UK. Despite the language barrier, our hosts were wonderfully accommodating, allowing us to check in early and leave our bags the next day, as well as offering us complementary tea when we returned in the evening. Additionally, the rooms were clean, good size and bathroom in particular was of exceptional quality.

Cons:

The area itself is not really for tourists, though we knew that prior to staying. Additionally, the hotel didn't seem to have a lift, which might be a bit tricky for anyone who has very large suitcases or anyone with a disability.

Will stay again, but would like some reassurance about the AC. No AC, and I will want another room.
Pros:

The location was ok, close to food options. The staff was exceptional. The free coffee and tea was wonderful. The shower was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The fact that the fridge shut off when you left the room was annoying. I had food that needed to stay cold while I was gone all day. The air conditioner didn't work, but the staff provided me with an electric fan. There were only three electrical outlets in the entire room. I asked for an iron for my clothes, was told I could have one, but it never happened.

Excellent quaint hotel.
Pros:

The staff was AMAZING. So helpful.The hotel is near many places to eat and shop.
It’s next to a park and near the waterfront.

ideally located for a one night stay before a flight from sahiba gukcen airport
Pros:

easy access to the metro leading to the airport. Pendik district offers a large number of restaurant and the hotel is located very close to the sea.

Cons:

we got confused when the price raised up to 60€ while paying on the spot instead of 56€ when we made a reservation on Booking
