Good enough for one night.
Pros:

Location in great for those willing to stay somewhere close to the airport terminal. 20 min by walk using the sky bridge.
Close to the Newport mall.
The condo is small but could fit our family of 6 with an extra matress on the floor.

Cons:

The condo could have been cleaner than that. We found lots of hair on the floor. The rug in front of the bathroom was dirty.

Totally adequate, nothing fancy
Pros:

Very clean, air conditioner worked well, hot water in the shower, lots of food options in easy walking distance

Cons:

No outlet in the bedroom for reading light or to plug in phone. Apartment is dark.

Great place to stay if you are in transit
Pros:

We stayed for a day while waiting for a flight. Location near the airport is unbeatable. Lots of food places as well. The space is comfortable for a short stay. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you! We will come back

Cons:

I would not recommend a large group if you are staying for a long time.
