Super Lage, gute Ausstattung mit kleinen Mängel

Tolle ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Piave-Fluss

Cons:

Letzter Morgen leider kein warmes Wasser, trotz Info an Personal gab es bis zur Abreise keine Erwärmung
Da die Reise im März war, gab es noch keine wirkliche Ausstattung auf der Terrasse

La suite è molto spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con grande gusto! Letto fantastico con materasso molto confortevole. Colazione eccellente servita in stanza. Splendida vista sulla pineta e darsena, ampio balcone e terrazza. La posizione è eccellente: tranquilla e ideale chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Ampio parcheggio

Lage der Unterkunft ist gut Preisleistung völlig daneben!

Das Frühstück war zu wenig für erwachsene Personen schon fast unverschämt…!
Der Holzboden auf der Terrasse ist in die Jahre gekommen …..!
Alles in allem muss man mal wieder Geld in die Hand nehmen damit der aufgerufene Preis in Ordnung geht…!

Wenn die Hauptreise Saison vorbei ist , dann sollte man das Hotel schließen . Rezeption überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Im Sommer mag es anders sein, aber nicht im Oktober zu empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub im Winter in einem stilvollen Ambiente
Pros:

Die Suite ist sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet! Im Dezember die Sonne auf dem Balkon zu genießen war ein Privileg! Sehr schöner Ausblick auf das angrenzende Pinienwäldchen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da ruhig, ideal mit Hund und doch nicht weit vom Zentrum!

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato nella junior suite, camera veramente enorme, pulita e molto luminosa con grande terrazza vista fiume, grande bagno con doppio lavandino e mega doccia multifunzione, personale veramente cordiale gentilissimo e molto simpatico, abbiamo cenato al ristorante con magnifici e buonissimi piatti preparati dallo chef Tino, veramente consigliato.
