Pros:

Вежливый и учтивый персонал, метраж номера, ежедневная уборка, вкусные завтраки. Шаговая доступность до магазинов первой необходимости. Рядом находится теннисный клуб, где можно сходить позаниматься с тренером.

Cons:

Жили на 9 этаже, кафе находится в данном отеле на 10 этаже, несколько раз за неделю было очень шумно и громко играла музыка до часу- двух ночи. При нескольких обращениях на стойку регистрации с просьбой остановить дискотеку в столь позднее время, администратор обещал что максимум 10 минут это мероприятие будет продолжаться так как гости забронировали кафе. Разумеется, десятью минутами это не ограничилось, а продолжалось час- полтора. Понимаю что люди заплатили деньги, чтобы хорошо провести время в кафе, но с постояльцами отеля тоже нужно считаться. Согласно законодательству Азербайджана, шум в отелях разрешен до 23:00, к сожалению руководство этому не следует. Если хотите комфортное проживание без шума, не заселяйтесь на 9 этаж.
Хамам уставший, была черная плесень в углах в зоне джакузи.
В самом джакузи колючий песок непонятного происхождения.

Pros:

Отличный отель, удобное расположение, вкусные разнообразные завтраки и ресторан с балконом. Вежливый, учтивый персонал. Для гостей отеля доступна сауна, хамам, джакузи. Нас угостили фруктами и вином в номер, это приятно. На ресепшн можно обменять валюту по нормальному курсу.

Как городской отель рекомендую.
Pros:

Хороший городской отель в черте города. Любите ходить, то пешком мин 15 до Старого города. Нет, то такси 3 манан. Мало туристов, поэтому полноту ресторана подтвердить не могу, тк они не накрывают буфет утром, а приносят заготовки, отдельно жарят яичницу или омлет. И как ресторан практически не работают. Номера большие, кровать комфортна, белье чистое, персонал вежливый. Если не успели поменять валюту, то на ресепшне ее обменяют по своему курсу:)) В выходные и праздники не работают банки. В номере есть чайник , кофемашина. Недалеко от отеля супермаркет. Хамам не пользовались, в основном гуляли по городу.

Cons:

В номере протекает душевая лейка и не работал фен.

שהייה נחמדה אך גבו הרבה כסף על יום וחצי נוספים מצפה לקבל החזר

מלון נקי, ארוחת בוקר וצוות מטבח נהדרים ושירותים. ספא נהדר

Cons:

אנחנו זוג שהיה צריך להאריך את השהייה במלון בגלל המלחמה ולקחו לנו מחיר מלא ביום הראשון וביום השני נשארנו עוד 7 שעות וגבו מאיתנו עבור לילה מחיר מלא וזה לא היה בסדר.

הניקיון בחדר, המיטה נוחה, ארוחת בוקר טובה, הצוות אכפתי, החדרים מרווחים.

Cons:

בחדר שהיינו היה ריח של ביוב, באחד הלילות המלון החליט לעשות ריסוס מבלי להתריע. אי אפשר היה לישון כי כל הריח של החומר נכנס לחדר.
מעבר לכך היה מאוד חם בחדר.
רק בצהריים הם העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר.
ובחדר שעברנו אליו, הייתה בעיה בזרם מים במקלחת, המים היו מגיעים לטמפרטורה רותחת, גם כשהברז היה על האמצע.
מעבר לזה הספא לא היה מזמין בכלל. אשתי הרגישה שם לא נעים בכלל והיו מבטים לא נעימים.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel in Baku. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
The service was simply outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, and they truly made me feel valued as a guest.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every single day, paying attention to even the smallest details.
The facilities were modern, comfortable, and well-designed. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, elegant, and relaxing.
The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything Baku has to offer.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku. I will definitely return on my next trip!

Five stars 🌟 Could not fault this hotel
Pros:

The room was amazing for the price. It was like a suite. People were friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had something for everyone. Baku is an amazing city with amazing people.
