Bad , Expensive, no good coustmer service i will never come here again

Cons:

Staff not cooperative, not toothbrushes in the room and no Soap, also they are not cooperative for breakfast i have my flight early and i told them to send me take away breakfast they refused i was in rush and i couldn’t stay for breakfast and they were not cooperative at all !!

Özellikle rahat ve geniş odaları var. Sessiz bir ortamda üç gece konakladım. Her gün odam tertemizdi. Yatak hep düzenli temizlenmiş, su, kahve çay vb. Günlük tamamlanmıştı. Banyo ve tuvaletler oldukça temizdi. En çok hijyen konusunda memnun kaldım. Bizim kat ile Efsane isminde bir personel ilgilendi. Emekleri için teşekkürler. Ayrıca restaurant da ve üst kat lounge kısmında keyifli zaman geçirdim. Otel overall çok başarılı, tekrar tercih ederim. Tüm personele güleryüzlü yaklaşımı için teşekkürler

Прекрасный персонал, сделали комплимент , фрукты и вино. Отель уютный , средства личной гигиены пополняли , даже есть мочалки .

Cons:

В заявленный спа ходят одни мужчины. Посещения зоны спа было не очень комфортным из за этого. На момент пребывание не смогли посетить хамам.

Misafirperverlik 10/10 , hizmet çok iyiydi kahvaltı gerçekten muhteşemdi. Açık büfe kahvaltı olmasına rağmen garsonlar sürekli olarak bizimle ilgilendi. Check-in için gece geç saatte gelmemize rağmen hiç sorun yaşanmadı. Odalar geniş bakımlı ve temizdi. Fiyatına göre mükemmel bir otel herkese tavsiye ederim. Kullanmadığımız bir sürü imkan vardı zevkinize göre göz atabilirsiniz.Özellikle Samir bey ve Ferrud bey olmak üzere tüm otel personeline teşekür ederim.
