Please note that children up to 05 years old are free when sleeping in the same bed as their parents or guardians.

Agradável, mas poderíamos sair sem essa impressão.
Pros:

Entorno com a vida selvagem. Sensação de segurança, um jantar muito gostoso e o café da manhã super agradável.

Cons:

O atendimento inicial deu preferência a um hóspede mau educado, que passou na nossa frente no atendimento. Os recepcionistas precisam ter um melhor atenção. O mais atencioso foi o Sr do portão. Após o checkout não nos deram o ticket carimbado de saída. Voltamos da entrada principal e uma das recepcionistas nos disse que o ticket seria fornecido somente após o checkout... Mas fizemos o checkout. Como disse, falta de atenção.

Barulho. Ficamos em uma unidade próxima a receptação e tinha muitos hóspedes passando e crianças correndo o tempo todo. Não tivemos privacidade para descasar direito. Muito barulho. Demais tudo ok.

Pros:

Amei a piscina aquecida e todo o espaço das quadras e jardim. O hotel é muito bonito, porém achei os funcionários um pouco estressados com muita coisa para fazer, o porteiro é muito fofo e simpático. Adorei o café da manhã, maravilhoso.

Foi feito reserva para casal. Ao chegar no local nos colocaram em um quarto cm duas camas de solteiro. Ao pedir para trocar, nos colocaram em um quarto que estava com a roupa de cama usda.
pedimos para trocar e foi trocado parcialmente.
No resaurante o serviço prestado foi muito amador.

Cons:

localização é muito boa , esta bem proximo ao grande hotel, iso facilita caminhar sem ter que tirar o carro da garagem. Mas foi só isso que agradou

Hotel lindo com alguns pontos a melhorar!
Pros:

O hotel é maravilhoso , já é a terceira vez que vou , é tudo muito lindo e remete muita paz!

Cons:

Eu percebi que as comidas decaíram muito , o café da manhã piorou de uns anos pra cá , o pão de queijo nem é de verdade (poxa, em MG?!) é daqueles bem ruins congelados … o almoço também por ser 70 reais por pessoa poderia ser melhor , no dia que almocei não tinha nem carne vermelha .. só frango e carne de porco .. não é uma comida muito gostosa ..
O cheiro da sauna e da piscina aquecida estava horrível, parecendo cheiro de xixi velho , acho que a limpeza do hotel deixa muito a desejar .. da pra ver que os banheiros estão encardidos e a parte da piscina aquecida poderia ser mais agradável.
