Pros:

La posizione è eccezionale, al centro tra i quartieri Kadiköy e Moda. Il prezzo della camera è tra i più convenienti nella zona.

Cons:

Personale gentile ma inefficiente. Ogni giorno un problema, phon non funzionava, riscaldamento ha smesso di funzionare, abbiamo comunicato al personale i disservizi ma nonostante la loro gentilezza non sono seguiti i fatti, 2 GG per avere un phon, un giorno e diversi solleciti per avere una camera con riscaldamento funzionante (peccato che aveva due letti singoli) e per finire l'ultima notte l'ascensore ha cominciato a fare un rumore fortissimo tutta la notte e non siamo riusciti a dormire.

Bring termometer, prepare to sleep cold it is good if you like, DONT eat in hotel restorant.

I came. temeprature in roon was 18,2 C, i had termometer. They said ac het to 30, i put on 30, tomorrow 18.2 C. I WERE LUCKY AS I KNEW to BRIGH room temperature meter, I took photo and went to reception. They gave me other room on floor 5, i came in AC was on 30 and room felt like 40 and i had hair trunsplunt i start to sweat, i turn off AC, i open door of room to coridor to cool to 24C... i place AC on 22C, but it blow cold only... 10 minutes later there was no eletricety in hotel.... some guest screem what is this there is no emergency light.... I told them hotel is OLD, cable hanginge out of sockets, my first room had tv that had ONLY tukeysh chanels, my second haf no TV at all but had half functioning AC. I fall a sleep temerature in room 30 C, i sweat, i cant fall a sleep again.... i turn of AC totaly open door and walk 1 hour at 2 in nnight. And then temperature cool a bit and well i could not fall a sleep , and at 7 i go to breakfast. 700 lira/12 euro for:
1 table spoon mesurment cup filled with 2/3 table spoon of butter
1 table spoon of honey
1 middle size egg hard boiled
1 table spoon mesurment cup of like Chery in suggar
10 small small brown olives
there was something fried size 7 cm triangle, there was little cheese, one 5 cm round peace od some salamy,single slice 2-3 mm thick
one half transparent like chicken salamy size 12*12 cm
3 slice of Cucumber
3 slice of Tomatoe
12-15 frecnch fries = 1/3 smallest MacDonalds
He said black tea or coffe is free but i took coca cola... ithere was croassant but price was like 12 euro for one...

Airpost smal coca cola is 7,5 euro if you fly pegasus they sell it for 6 but maybe smaller size) airport fas 0.5 liter. and the 330 at hotel was 80 lira/2 euro.

BUT INTERNET in home county for turkey 7 day 1 GB is great. NEVER dring water from pipe, as I got severe diarea. BUY water, BUY cheep, not at "posh 3-5x higher than Europe price"

Bring hand lamp in case no power/power loss...

Cons:

Enterence was not slosed, they had no door, elevator was screeching and waking when someone pass your floor. place where you eat breakfast is full open to street no door no heating... cats running around, weither from restorant, poor guys his fingers were ice cold , he wear gloves fut he said he had joint pain as they are non stop frozen from cold, he was nice and polite, prices were severe, find CHEEP FOOD PLACE dont eat everywhere they charge 3 times more than normal price... liddle in Norway sell same crosant 4 for 2 euro, and in Istanbul one is 12 Euro dear GOD.

La localización me gustó, en una calle principal y muy cerca de cualquier cosa que necesites. La ducha tenía agua caliente. La cama era muy cómoda. Estaba limpio. Tiene ascensor

Cons:

Me tocó una habitación sin ventana, aunque no pasé demasiado tiempo dentro de la habitación, una habitación sin ventana siempre parece un zulo más que una habitación. La habitación estaba justo en frente del ascensor el cual a su paso por los pisos 4 y 5, en muchas ocasiones hacía un ruido muy fuerte, como si rozara con algo. Las paredes de las habitaciones son finas y se oye todo. Este ruido del ascensor se escuchaba tanto que no pude dormir bien ya que hubo gente usándolo durante la noche.

La habitación además estaba sin terminar, o eso parecía.

En mi opinión el precio del alojamiento es carísimo para lo que obtienes, además no incluye desayuno

Cons:

Wir waren im Winter hier und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Am ersten Tag froren wir und obwohl wir das Personal darauf aufmerksam machten, gaben sie uns lediglich eine weitere Decke (die Außentemperatur betrug 3 Grad Celsius und kalte Luft strömte aus der Klimaanlage). Sie sagten, der Techniker würde kommen. Am nächsten Abend war es wieder kalt und nachdem ich mich erneut beschwert hatte, brachten sie einen Heizstrahler. Glücklicherweise war diese gut und hat das Zimmer schön warm gemacht...

Well, it is in walkable distance to ferries and near all kinds of shops.

Cons:

The receptionist was not very nice. The room is small, no windows, not very clean. The area around the hotel was super dirty. I would not stay a second time and would not recommend it.

Pros:

Perfect view, best location
Highly recommend this apartment

Cons:

The elevator is a bit noisy and can be heard in the room.
Also not enough hangers hooks in bathroom
