Cons:

歓楽街にあるというのもあり、外からの騒音(酔っ払い達の大声など)が深夜でも結構聞こえてくる。　そして、観光客だと思うのですが、電子レンジで何かを温めたのか、黒焦げの物を放置していてそこの空間がとても焦げ臭くなっていた。　失敗したらすぐにスタッフに伝えて対応してもらうように伝えた方が良いと思う。

Good place for 3 nights.
Pros:

The location was good. Very central shopping plus a 8 minute walk to the Tokyo REI hotel for bus pickup (Kokusui and Kiroro Ski Areas). We had a top floor room so no noisy neighbors above us.

Cons:

Was unable to get a couple of extra pillows as the ones in the room were very small. Will get an inflatable travel pillow for future travel when hotels do not have the option to get an extra pillow. The bathroom had a foul smell. :(
