Lovely resort style hotel in the middle of Jakarta; with exceptional staff.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing. They really could not have done more. My room is huge with a great view and very well appointed. The location of the hotel was amazing. Just outside of the buzz but close enough to be enthralled by it. One of the best hotel gyms, and grade pool and tennis courts as well. It was more like a resort than a hotel in the middle of a mega city.

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit dated, it could use a refresh. But it was obviously built to the highest standard, so even though it's looking a bit tired, it's still very well appointed and beautiful. The breakfast room in particular needs a bit of a rethink, the flow isn't great, even if the food is.

The best buffer breakfast in Jakarta
Pros:

We booked connecting room which consists of 1 king bed and 2 super single for our family of 5 includes my parent in law on level 9. Room is spacious, toilet is big, facilities is superb. During CNY, hotel was packed but there was lots of children activities arranged by the hotel. The best is always the variety of breakfast choices from local, westerns and regional food. We can walk around 700m to Setiabudi MRT from the back entrance. Lastly, staff hospitality is at the top!.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme et l’excellente isolation phonique de la chambre. Le personnel s’est montré extrêmement aimable, serviable et toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes les demandes.

Cons:

L'hôtel était situé face à un bidonville, situé à une centaine de mètres de l'autre côté du boulevard, derrière l'établissement. Les chambres manquaient de fraîcheur et les tapis, vieux et tachés, n'étaient pas à la hauteur des attentes. L'absence de machine à café en chambre et l’état usé des serviettes ont également déçu.

Le petit-déjeuner, bien que copieux, était modeste et manquait de diversité, avec seulement quatre ou cinq types de fruits proposés.

Pour un hôtel de la même enseigne dans d’autres pays, le rapport qualité-prix est très éloigné des standards, et il ne saurait être comparé à un hôtel cinq étoiles dans les grandes capitales internationales.
