まず、アーリーチェックインがうれしく、部屋は重厚感があり、ショッピングから帰ってくるとサービスでおつまみや飲み物などの差し入れがあり、心が和みました。朝食もとてもおいしく、良い思い出になりました。

I intend staying there again very soon and I high recommend it to anyone
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, it was ultra clean and the nightlife within the hotel was superb.

Cons:

The dining area was quite crowded at times but the efficient staff were always very helpful and took the angst out of the situation

Pros:

The staff were superb right from check in. They offered me early in as the room was available without me even asking. After check in, we had a couple of small issues that were very quickly resolved through a dedicated WhatsApp line. Then they left a fruit basket and chocolates for us. Exceeded expectations.

B.A.T.S. definitely downhill
Pros:

The Club lounge was nice. Better drinks than in B.A.T.S.

Cons:

15 minute wait for breakfast in dining room. Too few pool chairs, staff overwhelmed when hotel busy. Security in B.A.T.S. hassle hotel guests.

Fijn verblijf in een uitstekend hotel.
Pros:

Het Shangi-Lah hotel biedt comfort en goede faciliteiten. De kamer is ruim en voorzien van een ruime badkamer met zowel bad als douche.

Niets. Alles was goed.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable

Cons:

La piscine est très bruyante le week-end car beaucoup de monde, vous pourrez ne pas trouver de transats et devrez accepter le bruit des enfants et des réceptions organisées dans le jardin. En semaine elle est plus calme.
