Bon séjour, excellent service et personnel aux petits soins, malgré un hôtel un peu trop animé.
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, avec une literie très confortable et une salle de bain également très agréable et bien dimensionnée.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié et propose un large choix, avec de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts.
Le service au sein de l’hôtel est véritablement premium, avec de petites attentions très appréciables, comme une boîte de chocolats ou un panier de fruits en chambre.
Un grand merci tout particulier à Andy et Iwan pour leur disponibilité, leur serviabilité et leur remarquable sens du service.
plusieurs de mes demandes ont été accueillies très favorablement par le management de l’hôtel, ce qui a été particulièrement apprécié, notamment l’octroi d’un late check-out.

Cons:

L’hôtel est toutefois un peu vieillissant et mériterait par endroits une modernisation telle que le restaurant dans lequel le petit déjeuner est servi.
Lors de mon séjour, la réception était très souvent très animée et particulièrement fréquentée, notamment en raison des nombreux événements organisés au sein de l’hôtel. Cette forte affluence enlève malheureusement un peu au charme et à l’atmosphère feutrée que l’on pourrait attendre d’un établissement haut de gamme comme Shangri-La.

Giacarta a 5 stelle
Pros:

Fin dal primo ingresso si viene accolti da un ambiente e da uno staff all’altezza di un vero hotel cinque stelle. Check-in veloce, grande disponibilità e un’attenzione particolare anche alle famiglie: i bambini vengono accolti con un piccolo regalo, un dettaglio davvero molto apprezzato.

La colazione è eccezionale, con una grandissima varietà di proposte sia locali sia internazionali, e un servizio impeccabile, sempre attento e disponibile.

Il vero punto di forza, soprattutto per chi viaggia con bambini, è però la zona piscina: molto curata e dotata di un’area dedicata ai più piccoli con scivoli d’acqua, giochi e strutture con spruzzi d’acqua. Un ambiente davvero fantastico, dove i bambini possono divertirsi a lungo.

Cons:

L’unica nota migliorabile, considerando il livello dell’hotel, è il phon in camera, che ha una potenza piuttosto bassa e risulta quindi molto lento.

Per il resto, un’esperienza davvero eccellente e pienamente all’altezza di un cinque stelle. Assolutamente consigliato, soprattutto alle famiglie.
