Pros:

The staff are simply the hotel's biggest asset friendly, helpful, attentive, and welcoming with the biggest smile in the business. It is so good to see what hospitality is all about....being looked after in style. Jennifer in the Horizon Club, Joko and Andi the porters and Fitra and Rena in reception just to mention a few exceptional people. See you again soon.

Nice room but the rest disappointing
Pros:

The Room is big, well maintained and cleaned. Soundproofing is good.

Cons:

Dinner Buffet was very disappointing. Very low quality Food. Every single dish was freezing cold, not even a little bit warm. Meat and Fish dishes mostly contained bone's with very little meat on it. Selection of food was very limited. No western food options. Chees selection very poor, only very cheap industrial cheese. Overall very cheap food selection, like rice, noodles, chicken, nothing fancy like you would expect from a 5 Star Hotel.
Pool area is extremely crowded with hundreds of screaming children and maids. Not a place for relaxing. More like the Kampung water park feeling.

Lovely resort style hotel in the middle of Jakarta; with exceptional staff.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing. They really could not have done more. My room is huge with a great view and very well appointed. The location of the hotel was amazing. Just outside of the buzz but close enough to be enthralled by it. One of the best hotel gyms, and grade pool and tennis courts as well. It was more like a resort than a hotel in the middle of a mega city.

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit dated, it could use a refresh. But it was obviously built to the highest standard, so even though it's looking a bit tired, it's still very well appointed and beautiful. The breakfast room in particular needs a bit of a rethink, the flow isn't great, even if the food is.
