Gostei de tudo. O atendimento é excelente, tanto na recepção como também o atendimento do William Lessa que faz o transfer. Ele é muito gente boa e responsável. O custo benefício é excelente.
O rapaz da recepção também, que não recordo agora é super prestativo e gente boa.
Eu recomendo com certeza o HOSTEL VILLAGE GRU!
Tem uma padaria que fica a 50 metros e atende super bem também.

A taxa de pet deveria ser informado na reserva.
Na hora do pagamento me foi cobrado quase k mesmo valor de uma diária que estávamos pagando.
Pet não usa cama, nem banho.
Este é um ponto a ser revisto e ser aberto a negociação

Deixou a desejar, fake news.
Pros:

A mulher que me atendeu foi hostil, aparentemente não se importando com a necessidade da hóspede.

Cons:

Falta de informação, pessoas que trabalham com hospedagem precisam estar abertos a oferecer informações pra quem vem de fora.
Também informação errada, no site era incluso o café da manhã, a mesma mulher disse que cobraria 15 reais.
Também começa muito tarde, as 7 da manhã o hóspede precisa estar em seu compromisso, e não esperando o café da manhã ficar pronto.
A tv não funciona.
