Equipe super atenciosa, excelente localização, eu que gosto de caminhar fiz quase tudo a pé, é silencioso, tem excelente café da manhã. A internet pra quem precisar trabalhar também é ótima.

Cons:

Na saguão tem aquelas pessoas oferecendo passeios. almoços etc "gratis" se você ouvir a oferta deles, acho desagradável isso DENTRO do hotel.

Infelizmente falta um pouco mais de tecnologia no hotel e nos quartos, um exemplo é tv atualizadas que passem programas mais populares e tenha conectividade com internet.

Ficamos encantados com a cidade de Gramado, os passeios. Pretendo voltar.
Pros:

Gostei do café da manhã, da localização, do atendimento. Todos os colaboradores foram muito atenciosos, em especial a GABRIELA, sempre atenciosa comigo e a minha esposa, que comemorou seus setenta anos no dia 27.05, no SKY Gramado.

Cons:

Não gostei do fato de não ter SMART TV, pois tenho mais de setenta e oito anos e gosto de dormir ouvindo música suave, me informar em canais como JOVEM PAN, CNN, BAND NEWS, etc. Não consegui. Passei sete noites no SKY sem ter esses benefícios. O pior é que quando eu comprei o pacote o hotel mostrou que tinha smart tv.

Da localização e da equipe de funcionários da recepção.

Cons:

Esqueceram meu quarto aberto depois da faxina. Secador queimado do banheiro quando cheguei. E o ar condicionado não funcionou no último dia. Me ofereceram outro quarto, porém eu já estava instalada, e teria dificuldade para mudar as coisas.
