La cama, muy cómoda
Un poco molesto el ruido en la madrugada, por algunos huéspedes!!!!
También que decía que teníamos cafetera, pero no hubo en la habitación asignada .
There was a lot of stores nearby. The pool was good on top of the roof, a good view, and it was nice and clean.

Cleanliness
No security we had some drunk guy knocking our door after 5 am even when we call they said he ask for you when we don't know anyone
Nothing
Warm water for shower. Lots of noise fron the street and lots of slaming doors inside our corridors. I could hear everyone talking and shouting in hallway. The heater did not work
Good location, great staff, and really good price.

Professional staff. Very clean facilities and all around clean.
We were on an eclipse tour with my fiancée’s undergraduate group, completed that organized segment of our time and wanted to move away from the Americanized hotel area. So, as I did in the 1970s, I sought out another tegion of Mazatlan. The hotel was excellent and we were told of two superb nearby restaurants.
Clean facilities, nice staff. Nice having a rooftop pool!
There is no soundproofing and you can hear literally everything from certainly your floor, if not others. I was there for the solar eclipse, so I'm sure it was more crowded than usual, which contributed to the noise. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay, especially with prices so high everywhere for the eclipse.
There was no breakfast or coffee

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and in good repair. The location was the only down side to this hotel. It was located in a very busy commercial/industrial area which was not as walkable or aesthetically appealing as other parts of Mazatlan but that was our not knowing where it was located when we booked it.
Very busy commercial/Industrial location
Very close to the main road and easy to locate. Incredibly friendly attentive service. Servico de un hotel de cinco estrellas.
The hallway was very noisy and a lot of echoing from the other rooms.
I liked the staff, the cleanliness, and the price.
No ice, and no view
