Ambassador Playa Benidorm....an oasis in the heart of the crazy wonderful main street ...😎
Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel...it was at the start of the strip and even considering how close still felt like you were out of the hustle and bustle...once inside.

The Staff and service excellent...always happy to help...which started from the moment we arrived by the very pleasant reception even at 3:45am

With a small welcome pack and helpful advice.

I had my 60th birthday celebrations at the hotel, which was excellent and even the staff sang happy Birthday...

One of the best hotels I have stayed in...the food was very good...The drinks not expensive and free entertainment also.....what's not to like...

I would absolutely recommend the Ambassador Playa 1 and 2

I will be returning..... thanks to all the wonderful staff.....

The hotel was brilliant for food, rooms and food where amazing couldn't fault it!just was the position was only let

Quality of hotel was very good,clean,comfortable

Cons:

The lifts could be a little quicker,the television had a lot of interference but we didn't watch much

The hotel is great for party people who want to stay near to all the bars and clubs.
Pros:

The property was clean, staff were welcoming. Food was good with plenty of choice.

Cons:

Unfortunately my room 1438 smelt of stale cigarette smoke, which wasn’t the fault of the cleaners I think it was in the soft furnishings of the room. So whenever the room was closed up without the balcony door open it smelled awful e.g when I came back into the room in the evening from being out and worse of all in the mornings when I woke up. I know this is from previous customers smoking in the room but it has put me off staying again.

Great place to experience the best of Benidorm
Pros:

Fantastic location, not too far from beach and right on top of the nightlife of the busy strip. Food was absolutely beautiful and plants of choice.

Always stay here ,spotless hotel, grest rooms superb location and excellent food with great choices

Cons:

Air conditioning needs turning on earlier some nights it was too hot but if you opened the patio it was too noisy so please switch it on earlier
