Not a good option to stay.
Pros:

1. It’s about 4 km away from the Jolly Grant airport.
2. Staff is supportive.

Cons:

1. There were lots of bugs and cockroaches in the room.
2. Very limited food options were available from the provided menu.
3. We need to purchase water and they do not have it complementary.
4. Only Youtube was available on the TV and no cable service was available.

Pros:

The breakfast, lunch and dinner all were very cold. Staff were very slow in responding to requests. There should definitely be a lift as the first floor had very steep and several steps. In fact our team of six were all senior citizens and had knee problems, which is why we opted for full helicopter Tour of Chardham Darshan.

Cons:

Food needs to be improved and lift should be installed immediately.

A fine stay.
Pros:

The staff were efficient and also very friendly.Food was good and promptly served.They arranged a taxi for me in the early hours.I wish them success.

Cons:

Can't think of anything that I did not like.
